  • LIGHTWEIGHT AND DURABLE: HoseCoil hoses are made from high performance Polyether material to withstand the outdoor elements.
  • COMPACT STORAGE: The self coiling hose retracts into a tight coil for compact, convenient storage when not in use. When stored, a 15' HoseCoil is only 10" long and a 25' HoseCoil is only 17" long. The hose tubing has an inner diameter (ID) of 3/8" and an outer diameter (OD) of 1/2". The outer diameter of the coil is 4", and the inner diameter of the coil is 3".
  • USABLE LENGTH: Because of its coiled design, the usable length of the hose is about 70% of the absolute length. For example, a 15 HoseCoil has a usable length of about 10.5 and a 25 HoseCoil has a usable length of about 17.5. A Strain Relief sleeve on the supply end helps to reduce kinking when the hose is pulled to its maximum usable length.
  • BRASS FITTINGS: Features standard 3/4" Garden Hose Thread (GHT) fittings that are compatible with standard U.S. outdoor faucets, spigots, hose bibs, sprayers, and sprinklers.

Though I can't speak to durability as I have only had the hose for a couple of weeks, it is very convenient to water the plants on a small deck. Other hoses draped around and were in the way. This one coils up and is easy to store.

I have a small back patio with a small garden. I would say it’s around 12’x12’. This hose, coupled with an adjustable sprayer head, works very well to water all my plants daily. This is a great purchase if you have a small enough area that doesn’t justify needing a whole reel of hose. I love the spring shape. I use it and stretch it out, and when I am done, it curls back up under the spout. It was a great purchase.
