It is cheap material but for this cheap I would say it’s amazing. I hung my black out curtains and it’s great! The directions are a bit confusing but just screw it into the wall.

We recently put my mother-in-law in assisted living and she needed a curtain on her one large window. I saw this rod and really liked the design and how it can be used for many different window widths. So, I purchased it along with some 3M curtain rod holders, "can't drill holes in walls in assisted living". When I visited this last Sunday I installed the rod, with the 3M curtain rod holders and some nice curtains and it made my mother-in-law very happy to now have a homey feel to her room. ... show more

I thought this was exactly what I was looking for - I needed a curtain rod that was 24" wide and this product was listed as being 18-28 inches. It did state that it was appropriate for a 24" window so it seemed perfect. In reality, the rod does not get smaller than 29" to start with so it is absolutely useless for me and because of the way it was listed I now have to take the time to return it. Apparently they feel they are being clear but they should state CLEARLY THE PRODUCT SIZE. The search continues... ... show more
