The subteenmate wireless water fountain works really well and looks good. It holds 3 litres which I top up around every two days, I find that is good so the water is always fresh. It comes apart easy and is is very easy to clean. I really like how the battery and sensor are in a separate unit so there is no water going through it or near it and it is removable to charge. The battery last long enough and the sensor works really well. I have had a view battery operated water dishes with sensors and this one has worked the best and holds enough water. One reason I chose to buy this was that it holds some water in the top dish where the dog drinks from so there is always water available for him to drink. When he drinks from the dish the pump is sure to start which it always does anyway but if it didn't he would still be able to get a drink. The other dishes I had didn't the water drained to the bottom reservoir. You can buy another battery with sensor separate but for some reason it cost almost as much as buying the whole unit when its on sale. If they would lower the price of it I would for sure buy one to have charged ready for when the one in the dish go's dead. Overall its a great water dish not sure why it says cat water fountain I bought it for my standard poodle.

Have used this product for a lil while now and have loved it from the moment it arrived! Its been a great product for my 2 cats and the features have proven to be wonderfully useful like the sensor feature. Customer service was fast to respond and was very helpful when i had a question.

This fountain is great! I've had it for about 3 months and I haven't had one problem with it. I have hard water so it is a challenge to find products that won't break down right away or cost a fortune. It's easy to set up, clean and refill and my cats took right to it. I bought this for my bedroom because the description said it was quiet. The description wasn't wrong. I will say the price is much less than some others that are made with less quality or thought going into them. The battery stays charged for a long, long time between charges. I have it on the sensor mode and it's triggered many times where I have it placed. I like it more than the first one I bought (the square one with the flower spout 😬) because it's easier to clean and also has the option to run without being plugged in. This fountain also comes with an extra filter and sponge besides the one to set it up, and in addition to that, it comes with a set of tweezers and a tiny brush that makes it super easy to disassemble and clean the parts that stay underwater. I didn't expect that. I will say that they aren't very strong/high quality but I do appreciate that someone thought enough ahead to include them. I do have a habit of being a pretty tough scrubber too so it might just be me. I definitely recommend giving this fountain a try if you want a quiet, quality fountain that's simple to operate, clean and that's priced right.

This pet water fountain works wonderfully well. I am really amazed at just how long the battery lasts. It is silent and very easy to clean. My 2 pugs and 2 cats use it everyday with no issues. I looked for just the right water fountain for months, and I made the right choice. I have owned it for close to a month now and feel it is a great value for the money spent. It came assembled in the box with everything you need inside including 2 filters. I would definitely purchase this fountain again. Thank you for a great product SUBTEENMATE!!!

I bought 2 of these fountains for my 4 cats. I have no complaint about the product, I find it works wonderfully. My beef is with the company and the filters. You get filters when you buy the product, but you are required to change the filters every 2 weeks, well, you run out of filters pretty quickly. They do not offer separate filters to buy and I can’t find these filters anywhere, I have looked all over every website around. I have even contacted Amazon and they reached out to the company on my behalf, but the company never reached out to me at all to let me know where to get replacement filters. It is absolutely ridiculous and this company obviously has the worst customer service. I don’t recommend that anyone purchase this fountain and save yourself the headache of searching for filters. I give 4 stars for the fountain and 0 stars for the company and customer service and product availability. Don’t sell something you can’t provide parts for and here’s an idea, REACH OUT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!

I too have tried other car fountains in the past. Up front, my main concern from one of the other reviewers will be "where can i get more filters?" However, I am mainly using this for while we are on vacations, so this should do the trick for a while. And I really like it so, Already there are some massive improvements over my previous cat fountains. It is MUCH more quiet. The motion activated feature is fantastic so you won't even hear it at all when you are having dinner or watching TV. This gets their attention when they walk by as the water starts running, and gets them to suddenly realize they want a drink, which is probably great for them. This also helps that battery last a good while so far, though I do have an outlet nearby. Finally, it is more friendly for cleaning than previous ones I've had. Hopefully, the fact that this is a good item, and should be popular, will help them figure out how to provide extra replacement filters for sale. Because this is a leap forward for my cats' watering situation!
