    • Great for PMDD if taken with other herbs
I take a few things for PMDD. The most integral part of that are my myo & d-chiro supplements, this, and my mushroom tea (reishi eleuthero). I also take tripple magnesium, ashwagandha, dong quai, and st john’s wort. I am only writing a review because despite how effective this is at helping to treat my hormonal imbalance I’ve had to start cutting the pills into four. Unfortunately, no one else makes the same quality blend which includes organic b-complex vitamins so I am stuck with this brand for now. I hope they will reduce the size of these pills. I am OK with taking it twice a day instead or four pills at once. FYI I have no probably swallowing them down but it is disconcerting to feel them still lodged in your throat for some time after that. No bueno. ... show more

    • Seem to be working for me
The adrenal pills I used to take have been discontinued so I thought I’d try these. They seem to be helping my energy and mood. The downside is that the pills are too big for me personally to swallow, - they aren’t particularly tasty and some sticks in my teeth when I chew them.

I took it but I have Cushing's disease that affects my adrenal cortex with bilateral tumors so it made me slightly nauseous and my endocrinologist said for me to discontinue.😞I did notice some extra energy and it is a tasteless capsule. The ingredients are very beneficial for healthy lifestyle but some of us has to take other things that aren't natural instead. I highly recommend you ask your doctor first before taking any supplements or OTC products for your health safety. ... show more
