I’ve been using this to cover up and protect my skin after each laser tattoo removal procedure. I’ve also used it after getting actual tattoos. The stuff is awesome, lasts days at an application and was a great price, too! I’m not sure why people would leave this on for more than a couple days at a time — you should clean a wound at least every other day. I choose to change it out daily because I like to let the air hit it and disinfect daily. I never had residue on my skin after using it. But even if I did, I use a warm cloth over the skin which would easily remove it I’m sure. ... show more

I don't have much to compare this to, but I didn't think it was great. It's definitely easy to use, except for me there was always at least one corner that wouldn't stick to my skin. Obviously this would be an issue if you wanted to create a tight seal against water and irritants. Luckily for me, I just wanted to use this instead of wrapping myself in saran wrap to sleep after getting my rib tattooed. It's definitely a lot better than wrapping yourself in saran wrap. I do feel like maybe it would make a tighter and more reliable seal on an area that moves less than the ribs, like maybe the shoulder or thigh? All in all, it was comfortable to wear and worked well for reducing some friction and staying covered. I just probably wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for something more impenetrable. ... show more

It worked for it's purpose but it was hard to take off, almost painful for one of my tattoos. And it was probably the tattoo itself but the hard time trying to take it off didn't help (and i have a lot of tattoos)

Never used this after any of my tattoos till my recent one and will definitely be using in the future. Depending how long you leave it on your arm may be sticky after you pull it off but this can be taken care of with some soap

    • Allergic reaction side affects problem
I'm actually very dissapointed in this product. Reason being two people have had reactions from it becoming red and itchy in which I assume to believe is an allergic reaction to it. I have waisted money on something that I won't use any longer because of these incidents. The problem being of the first two people reacting so negatively to something that is suppose to be sterile and improve the healing process, but failing to do so actually creating another wound extending the time for healing and recovery as well as damaging and affecting quality of artwork . I love the idea but need to figure out way to create a hypoallergenic covering and give more precautions to side affects and reactions to your products and instructions on what to do if happens. Honestly i feel I should be refunded what I paid for it on my Amazon gift card balance so I can purchase something in replacement of this product for my troubles and poor experience with this item and your brand. Sincerely disgruntled and unpleased customer thank you in advance for your consideration and efforts to resolve future mishaps in the future ... show more
