Our family goes fishing just about every weekend on our Tritoon. We typically stop at the bait store and pick up about a dozen to a 1/4lb of minnows. My son and I stretched the net out on the dock before trying to use. This is very important for it to open right if it has never been used. After trying a few cast, we got our confidence and took it out on the boat. We went to shore side and cast and caught about 2 dozen minnows on the first try. I like the thought of being able to throw the net out & tying it off & just waiting for the fish to swim into it, rather than casting my line out with one hook & hoping I don’t loose my bait! It can really come in handy & possibly catch more fish than 1 at a time! I think it’s a great idea!

Nice product. It has super long rope with soft wrist bracelets allows to cast safely from small bridges, pierces, etc. Large enough (diameter 12 ft) and small cells to avoid loosing bait. I like the side of the net is strengthened with green rope. Super happy. What could be improved is a package, my had no handle to carry it, but it might just lost during delivery. I Tried to start with a 8 foot net and had so much trouble getting it to open. I then tried this one and it was great to learn on this 4 footer. I got pretty good at this one and then tried the larger one again and it opened much better after learning on this one.
