    • Very Nice Simple Bike
I've had this bike for a few months now and feel like I can give a good honest review. Pro's: Was easy to assemble. The front brake will likely need to be adjusted. Use the micro adjuster on the brake lever - no problem. The bike is not that heavy for an e-bike and looks for the most part like a regular mountain bike. I like this because I don't look like some lazy slob out on the road and in reality I tend to ride the bike without the e on a lot of the time. The bike rides conventional enough to basically ride it like a normal bike - which is what I was looking for. The controls are very simple and bare bones. No KW meter or any of the tech you will see on more expensive bikes. The battery seems to be very good and easy to charge. I have yet to worry about running out of juice. Con's: I have really only had one issue with this bike. It will not engage in 6th gear. The chain just bounces between 5,6 and 7. So I'm down like 14% of total gears available which is a bit of a bummer. I get the feeling it's probably a bad sprocket and not the derailer as the other gears are flawless. Overall - I really enjoy riding this bike and would recommend if looking for a simple bare bones e-bike that rides very much like a conventional mountain bike. ... show more

make sure u check disc brabes carefuly. After just a few mile, the front brake malfunctioned. I disassembled unit and found no damage, after reassembly unit worked fine. The cause was poor assembly at the factory. This product is a good starter Ebike for the beginer Ebike uuer. Assembly was easy, although instruction manual is very vague in some operational explanations. Using is simple and is fun riding. ... show more

Wanted to love this bike so much, it has a lot going for it. Strong battery, good distance, the battery doesn't stand out, making the bike look more like a normal mountain bike than other e bikes on the market. Cruises at a good clip, 20 mph (27-30 kph ish) without petal assist. The brakes though... The bike was shipped without the front disk brakes. Heartbreak on my triumphant purchase. I took the bike to the local bike shop just to make sure what I was seeing was accurate, and they confirmed what I hoped was ignorant confusion (though, the rest of the bike was in great condition). Pessimistically optimistic I reported the issue to the manufacturer with good communication back. Unfortunately, a month later and 17 email responses back and forth with no resolution I bought disk brakes for $40 (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TW7H3GX?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) and was able to install them within about an hour. They work great. I love this bike despite the the manufacturer, it's equivalent would be about twice the cost where I live. It's fast, easy to assemble, and now stops on a dime. I wish the 350w was 1000w, but you do get what you pay for. Update:. The company sent replacement brakes, they worked great. Sadly the bike was stolen from the garage, we replaced it with two more from the same company.... Absolutely no issues, the bikes are great. That's three now we've purchased, one with an issue the company owned up too and totally took care of, another two that were just... Pretty great. For a over 1000 dollar bike it's great for( the "novice" rider)....but the aggressive cyclist that I am (in the streets of NYC) it needs a lot of little tweaks and be for buy better tires but besides it rides really nice and easy to assemble

Wasn't expecting a first-class experience, but this bike easily exceeded my expectations. Looks great, rides very well under pedal or motor, comfortable and seems made better than the price would suggest. Mine had two very small paint gouges from shipping -- not the fault of the maker. I intend to put hollow backer rod on the cables inside the downtube...they make a small knocking noise (youtube it for instructions). I am 6' 1" and I have the seat post all the way out, at the max insertion line, so this bike is not for those taller than myself unless you pedal knees-bent. And it's too big for most people under 5' 4", in my opinion, even if you remove the 10mm stem spacer. Included headlight and bell weren't as nice as my old ones, that was easy to fix. Seat is maybe an 8 out of 10, my old bike's very worn seat was maybe a 9. Motor is as quiet as my father-in-law's $2K ebike. Very happy. Not paid for this review. ... show more

I waited 3 months to write this because I wanted it to be an honest review. I got the bike late november, it was pretty simple to assemble following the instructions. The first thing I noticed was that the front break pad wasn’t placed and the pin to attach the front wheel in the fork was a plastic piece and it didn't seem very sturdy. I gave it a try anyway and rode the bike about 4 times on a 18 miles trail (each way), the battery lasted just enough and took me about 1 hour. On my last ride I noticed the bike was feeling “loose” and steering weird, when I entered the condominium where I live on the first speed bump the front wheel detached from the fork and threw me out of the bike, I had some minor injuries (and was glad that happened at the parking lot and not on the road, it would had been a disaster), when checking what was wrong I found out the bolt (the plastic one) got lost and it was missing an important piece to keep it all together. I contacted costumer service and they sent me a replacement that took very long time to arrive and it was exactly the same pieces, not reliable, I tried to repair anyway had a technician doing it. But the repair wasn’t enough and he brought to my attention several other issues with the product including the front break and quality of materials. I tried to return but costumer service won’t be helpful with the return and repairs. You will have to pay for everything and hope that one day they will refund you. I don’t recommend this bike for city riders, it is dangerous and will put your life at risk like it put mine. I am very disappointed and I regret this purchase so bad. ... show more
