Unit Arrived 2 weeks early with no damage delivery driver was professional and courteous. Uncrated Excavator All the parts were clearly marked small parts packed in bags to keep them safe the tool box actually has all you need to put Excavator together although i didn't use the tools supplied! Instructions are in manual but at times a little confusing and hard to see but if you have mechanical ability assembly should be pretty straight forward Had to assemble boom and bucket run hydraulic lines through boom arm pay attention to marking on lines A to the left side and B to the Right side! Mount hydraulic Cylinders for boom and bucket also had to mount the thumb grapple and cylinder connected all the lines to designated places everything is marked so should be idiot proof 😂 Seat and pilot controls (left and right sides) need to be installed as well as the joysticks on main control panel total of 3 Mount the over head canopy and done! Check all fluids once you operate the hydraulics you will need to top of the hydraulic fluid, motor oil level was good, The gas tank that was about empty but had enough to start unit and test operation. Machine started right up with in 2 tries and runs smoothly Will update review once i get a chance to use it and complete a project or two but for now i am very happy with this Machine and do not see any reason why I shouldn't get years of service from it! Update! After having the Excavator for a little while and using it to remove 2 stumps 1 was recently cut and root still alive. This little Machine has been able to handle everything i have thrown at it You have limits that you need to work with in but once you learn them you can plan your attack better, to remove the stump i had to dig out the roots and break their grip once that was sone i was able to push the stump over and remove it from its hole! I used it to dig trench for drainage pipe and to level an area for my Chicken coop I also planted about 8 fruit tree with it which made that process go fast ! I am happy with this purchase NOTE: I did install a heat shield around the Muffler and used a piece of pipe to extend the exhaust Heat shield was needed to protect the hydraulic Lines that run above the muffler im sure in time with out it lines would dry out and crack or melt also the extension on muffler exhaust pipe ensures the hot gases are discharged out and away from the machine Factory pipe is about a inch to short to exit the exhaust hole so some of the hot exhaust gas would heat up the entire machine to the point the sheet metal was hot to touch was worth the 20$ for the heat shield wrap the pipe i had hanging around
