The noise level is kinda load but I don't mind cuz I can know it have turned on while In the house. And it's bare able noise. Best to have it so when bad weather comes your ready to keep your family safe and house well lite. Continue your activities and keeps children from panicking. A very good item to have. Also it u can set a schedule on the mobile app to test run the unit that way it keeps all oils and moving parts lubricated and ready to work when it needs to. Although we haven’t had much opportunity to try the generator, I believe it will work well for us during power outages. It took several days to get here, but when completed everything worked just as it was supposed to.

Generator arrived 2 1/2 hours past delivery window. Didn’t unbox until 6 days later. Discovered top dented. Regardless of time of night, check product for damage prior to accepting delivery.

So far so good. It does it's periodic maintenance start up periods, but the peace of mind with the el nino winter we are suppose to have in Virginia was worth the costs. No one I checked with would touch this price plus the switch and 10 year warranty Happy camper so my tail is wagging!
