Well I received the bike today. However, when I tried to put the seat on the seat, rod fell inside the uplift tube where the seat tube goes. It fell off. The seat and now it's stuck inside the tube. The instructions to the bike are very bad.They are very horrible. Now, i'm going to find something to try to get that rod out of that uplift tube. I've emailed this company, but no response yet.It did have a q r code for installation.But the installation had nothing to do with the type of bike.I had not one of the videos on the q.R code had anything to do with my bike and the tires were flat couldn't find anywhere on the side of the tire with the p.S.i ... show more

I bought a brand-new bicycle on October 8. and the rear tire had an issue right away. The seller sent a new one, but I had to spend over an hour replacing it myself. It’s disappointing that the seller didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience.
