They strike the perfect balance between comfort and beauty, and the armrests make them even better. Barstools are usually uncomfortable, but these are truly an exception. These are great quality barstools. The sellers support is amazing. When I ordered, one stool came first then the other two came a day later. One came with a small tear in the arm area, I contacted support & they had another one sent out to me by the next day. That one got stolen. I filed a lost package claim with FedEx & contacted support & they had another one out to me. These look amazing, the cushions feel good, they’re a great height, & they’re at a great price. As for assembly, it wasn’t too bad but I’m mechanically inclined. There are instructions in the box on how to assemble with Allen screws & the key for them. During assembly don’t be scared if you have to force the part that sits on the ground in a little. Everything has been made to size & I had no issue assembling anything. I included a picture of the height for them incase anyone feels unsure. They store nice under my island. Everyone that comes over loves sitting in them. Based on my experience, I recommend buying these barstools especially from this seller.

The chairs are really pretty and the base was sturdy and good quality. unfortunately the back of the chair sat too low on my spine and was uncomfortable so they aren't chairs you can sit back and relax in. The return process was easy with help from their customer service rep LIU. They made direct email contact and sent labels the next day for returns.
