Great bike, great price. This is heavier (65 lbs) than a regular “off road” bike. The extra weight is due to the battery and motor, but it makes for a smoother, more comfortable ride. The full size tires are great for any terrain and greatly contributes to safer riding experience. It is as good or better than many of the other over rated and over priced e-bikes. Great construction and features, easy to assemble. I bought this bike for my adult grandson for ride-to-work days. His comment: Super awesome ride! He likes it so much that he seldom drives his car. It is a great way for him to get out of the traffic jams and enjoy the trails.

It's a good e bike but expect about 10 to 12 miles of throttle riding. NOT 25 + as they claim. I reached out to their customer service and they believe my battery may have become too hot during shipping, it was 110+ with the heat index and probably hotter inside a UPS truck, and are sending me a new one. Other than that the bike is awesome. It's the cheapest full-suspension e bike available but also has extra power with it's 48 volts, many e bikes wre only 36 volts, and it's 750 watt motor. (Many are just 250-500 watts). The extra power shows too. . . I can beat my pal's who have e bikes both in torque or quick speed and in top speed for this bike will go 28 mph and even more with a little down slope. I am happy with my order and the company had no issue in helping me get the bike running properly.

This bike is a great! Bought this for my wife after we moved to an area that has significantly more hills. Was concerned with many of the e-bikes overall weight increase but this one is only in the 40lbs range. Very low center of gravity that my 10year old daughter is able to use it also. Bike is very smooth ride with the dual suspension. Both my wife and I are 200+ pounds and bike has no issues with supporting that. Very easy to assemble. Only concern I had was we could not get the front headlight to turn on. I contacted customer support who explained you have to hold the + on the display for 3 seconds which we did not see described in the instructions. Everything works great. Bike has decent power as I took it up a 25 degree incline and used only electric to test it out. Was able to make it but you could tell it was working at it. Using the electric assist mode made it extremely easy to climb that steep of an incline. Highly recommend this bike. Very solid build and good quality product. Battery life is very impressive as well.

I really like this bike I have had a few electric bikes. This one is definitely the best bang for buck. It only goes 20mph when sent to you but if your like me and want more. You simply adjust the settings p8 and p13? Anyway it now goes 27 on flat and I've hit 36 down hill. The worst part is I could adjust even higher but I don't want to fry the motor. Anyway build very solid. Yes it could be better but you just won't find better for this price. It goes slightly faster than my old hitway. However the hitway was better but not for the price difference. Also rainbow stores answered my question very fast and it came later than expected. However it was on fedex so that that. Definitely made the right choice for my commute. I take it 6miles each way daily and it still comes back over half battery. One thing the real range is about 25 30 miles on just electric.the are all over rated but this one not by much.

I have been riding to a nearby town about four miles away. The back road is scenic but is dirt half way and then tar...so the ebike suspension and bigger tires on the Narrak was noticeably smoother ride. The road is also very hilly that I had to walk my old manual 10 speed. I was really worried the Narrak might not climb the hills especially while having my two rear baskets I added to the Narrak full of 40lbs or more of groceries etc. What an absolute joy it was to hit the one giant hill that goes for nearly a mile...the Narrak actually gained speed climbing it. My order came quickly via FedEx although my FedEx app will not work at my residence that used to be a business. So I got three different delivery dates aaaargh and so I posted signs all along my very long driveway/road for FedEx. I had no way to call FedEx or message them and get the actual drivers and give them driving instructions. I hate signature required deliveries but I understand the need for them. It adds a lot of stress though on orders you really want! My Narrak bike came in perfect condition and it was an easy job putting it together. This ebike is definitely the best bang for the buck around ...like other reviews have stated. I plan on buying another one in a few months. Love the Narrak bike! Really impressed with the hill climbing ability...as soon as I went up the mile long hill, I had the biggest grin on my face. I usually spent an long time pushing my old manual 10 speed loaded down with groceries up that stinking hill with my neighbors watching my sweat..and I am an oldie 62 years old! My regular transportation needs a part for inspection and will be back on the road soon but I have wanted a back up mode of transportation for rare times when my single vehicle is off road for repairs. I did put a better seat with springs I had. I bought a bunch of extras for the Narrak..nice helmet! I have a light for the rear that is required by law at my location. Like I stated, as of now, I plan on buying a second Narrak. Really impressed with the ebike and everywhere I go people ask about the Narrak. I feel a lot more dignified on the Narrak instead of peddling my ole 1980 10 speed haha. I am nervous that a bunch of people may start buying the Narrak and Narrak price hiking the ebike...I have seen this happen before. I also noticed a lot of room around the tires so later on I may put wider tires on because the dirt road can be very rough. Very happy..thank you Amazon and Narrak.
