Absolutely not happy with the product. At first glance it seemed good- upon assembly it seemed to be a demo or used with scrapes and dust on certain areas. The panel also had light scratches. Contacted the seller which then told me the product was definitely not a demo whereby I sent some pictures. Then, after only a week of using, the charger/battery stopped working. Seller promised to send new charger- yet to arrive. Also asked if they could resend the manual- they insisted the bike was already set up. The entire front section/system is loose-ish and just overall not happy. I wish I could have returned the product, but I threw away the box so would be out of money anyway. I would not recommend. My husband had since left it at home and gone on to use my ebike which is a different brand and it BY FAR surpasses this ebike. Feels like I wasted $300+ HONESTLY. ... show more

    • Decent bike but do your research before you purchase.
I am using this bike as a daily commuter to and from work. The bike itself was pretty easy to put together. Biggest issue was the pedals are reverse threaded so I kept trying to install them clockwise when you had to turn them counter clockwise which took 20 minutes to figure out after I repeated cussed and yelled everytime the pedals fell to the floor because they wouldn't screw in. The second installation issue was, they sent 2 allen/hex keys but both were too large to install the handlebars. I had to go to walmart and get an universal set to install the handlebars. They sent 3 tools and only 1 was even needed and they didn't even send 1 that was actually needed. Now onto the commute. So the bike has decent speed it tops around 21-23mph. The more I use it the more I want it to go faster but that's just me it gets me where I need to go without issues fast enough. It's tons of fun and looks great. Now why it only gets 4 stars. It says 50-65Miles on a charge and even on mode 1 that's a lie. I get about 25miles on mode 1 but at the mode your speed is topped around 7-10mph. I ride at mode 5 which is the fastest/biggest battery drain. My job is 2.5 miles from my house. I can make it to and from my job twice and then I am on E. So roughly the battery does 10 miles on one charge at mode 5. I live on the 2nd floor of my apartment and have to carry the whole bike up the stairs since the battery is not removable like the advertisement says. I would of purchased a different bike if I would of known it wasn't removable. After removing the bike from the box and installing it before you notice this, you realize it's completely impossible to disassemple to ship the bike back so I guess I am stuck with it. I wish other reviews would have been more indepth about the bike so I could of made a better purchase but oh well. That is why I wrote this long review. Hopefully it helps you. ... show more

Didn't send one they showed. Was silver not white. Putting it together was a joke. Tools they sent didn't work. Couldn't secure seat. Pedals wouldn't fit. It was a piece of crap. Sent it back and they said they weren't going to give my money back because it wasn't what I ordered. Duh!!!!!! It is what you sent. Then the reviews changed from when I ordered it. From good reviews to bad reviews. All in all, I would stand clear of this product. Oh, forgot. then the delivery changed from free to a charge for delivery. Suspicious? I think yes. For starters when the item showed up it came scuffed. But the packaging it came in was perfectly fine... Then it worked great for about three days on my commute to work Then the Kickstand, chain, and chain guard both broke on the same day, also the motor throttle slides down if you push it to hard or hit a bump And now I'm trying to return the item, very disappointed in the build quality instructions are vague and in black and white making it hard to see what you are supposed to do. Rating two starts because customer service's responses are prompt and helpful getting back to me within 24 business hours. Bottom Line, purchase this bike ONLY if you plan on using the E-Bike portion of it, the regular bike portion is awful. ... show more

Bike was smaller than advertised, came with a defective back rim from the manufacturer and the brakes didn't work. It was horribly constructed and put together shoddily. The seller was a nightmare. I do not recommend at all.

Yes the pedals are junk .yes they will not send you all the right tools to put it together , yes if you want to put it together right away you will have to have your own Allen wrenches. Having said that. Everything else works great. Also I always pedal and it makes the battery last a lot longer
