The assembly video and directions were well done and husband able to assemble in a reasonable amount of time. Had a couple issues, reached out to email customer service. Had quick response and resolved the issues. The bike is very comfortable to ride and seems to be good quality especially for the price. Easy to understand directions for operating. I purchased this bike for my wife after I have been commuting on an Aventon Level for 2.5 years. With the exception of the Aventon's top speed of 27 mph, this bike has everything the Aventon has, and more. This bike tops out at 20 mph, which is plenty for my wife's recreational riding. It also has an amazing lighting system which lets those behind you know when you are breaking. The only cons so far are the length of time it takes for the pedal assist to engage (about 2 full turns of the cranks), and the uncertainty of how long it will be before the battery needs to be replaced; at the low cost, I am skeptical that it will last more than 2 years. I highly recommend this bike for anyone with a low budget looking for a recreational ebike. ... show more

    • Nice looking bike
I bought 2 bikes and both bikes were packaged very well. Easy to assemble using the instructions. Had an issue with one bike, Contacted seller about warranty and was very helpful. Determine motor was bad and waiting on replacement, will update review once parts received and installed.

The bike was delivered with scratches on it and took about 6 hours to assemble. Ride is comfortable and easy to work

    • Love the Bike
This bike is great and very pretty. I haven’t rode a bike since I was in middle school. Very easy ride. If we go on a log ride I can use the assist it gets the job done. Only con is the seat not very comfortable after a long ride but I am 57 years old. Great bike.

    • Continued Issues with Bike
I originally wrote a very favorable review of this bike after only riding it 20 miles. Unfortunately there have been many problems. The seat would not stay in place it kept sliding down no matter how it was tighten. Further the computer/Led Trip meter would not go back to zero after each ride. I didn't charge the battery until it was completely discharged and then did a full charge, which worked. However, trying to charge it a second time, the battery doesn't seem to be accepting any charge. It has stayed in the red and now I'm unable to ride it under power. I attempted to contact the seller with the first issues I was experiencing without response. My email messages kept coming back as spam. I contacted Amazon and was told that their messages were not being responded to by the seller either. I called again today because the battery would not charge after owing the bike only 6 weeks. Apparently the seller did reach out to me, but I did not receive their message. I'm hoping my issues can be resolved. ... show more
