easy set up, bike works fine, seat was a bit tough on the rump, changed the seat for a spring seat which was wider with more padding for the seat bones. Bike looks great, works great so far. The assembly video and directions were well done and husband able to assemble in a reasonable amount of time. Had a couple issues, reached out to email customer service. Had quick response and resolved the issues. The bike is very comfortable to ride and seems to be good quality especially for the price. Easy to understand directions for operating. Upon receiving the product, it was very easy to assemble, considering that 90% is already preassembled. Once completed, I tested everything and could tell the product is of high-quality and great functionality. The bright color LED screen contains a lot of key information such as trip distance, odometer, maximum speed, and average. It’s also nice to see the battery life indicator at the top left-hand corner. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality and the quick delivery. The media could not be loaded. Either it's a scam or bad luck. I charged the battery 100% for my first ride. The battery barely lasted 17 miles. The description for the bike says that this battery covers a range of up to 70+ miles. I'm putting a lot of question marks here ???????????

This bike is great and very pretty. I haven’t rode a bike since I was in middle school. Very easy ride. If we go on a log ride I can use the assist it gets the job done. Only con is the seat not very comfortable after a long ride but I am 57 years old. Great bike.

    • Comparable with high end e bikes at a much lower cost.
I purchased this bike for my wife after I have been commuting on an Aventon Level for 2.5 years. With the exception of the Aventon's top speed of 27 mph, this bike has everything the Aventon has, and more. This bike tops out at 20 mph, which is plenty for my wife's recreational riding. It also has an amazing lighting system which lets those behind you know when you are breaking. The only cons so far are the length of time it takes for the pedal assist to engage (about 2 full turns of the cranks), and the uncertainty of how long it will be before the battery needs to be replaced; at the low cost, I am skeptical that it will last more than 2 years. I highly recommend this bike for anyone with a low budget looking for a recreational ebike. ... show more

Ordered it and it was delivered pretty quick! EZ to assemble. Quality is great! Fun to ride. I bought two, one for me and one for my wife. We are having fun! Hundreds of miles of bike trails where we live! Perfect!
