I bought this projector to replace my 3 year old one and this is a noticeable upgrade. From the moment I turned it on, it calibrates itself! I just power it on, and it positions the image roughly where I wanted, and it does the rest in seconds. Auto focus, keystone, screen fit, obstacle avoidance—all happen automatically. No manual knob-twisting or app battles. It's like the projector knows exactly what you need before you do. It has 2500 ANSI lumens and it handles moderately lit rooms like a champ—even during the day with just curtains drawn, the picture stays bright and punchy as you can see in one of the pictures attached. Colors really pop vividly, and details held up sharp on my 120 inches wall. It's native 1080P and from what I saw, it grabs 4K content from Netflix, Prime, or via the 2 HDMI ports, and upscales it so everything looks crisper and sharper than the average 1080P setup. Also, you don;t need an extra Amazon Firestick or dongle—this projector has official Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video built right in. Log in, and binge away. Super convenient. I watched movies and soccer games and the color and image is just very good. The pictures show the new He-Man movie trailer, a soccer game and the last Grammy ceremony. You can see the color, sharpness (even in action scenes like soccer and in the He-Man trailer) and the audio is just impressive for a small projector. The audio is impressive for those 36W speakers they deliver a punch way above their size. There is just no comparison with my old projector on the audio. It gives you immersive stereo sound—solid bass, crystal-clear dialogue, and a nice wide soundstage that actually fills the room. It's surprisingly loud and enjoyable for a built-in audio. Sure, it's not some ultra-lux native 4K monster, but for everyday fun movies, games, I think it's a great deal for the price.

I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect at this price point but this projector really impressed me. I’m projecting directly onto a plain wall at around 150 inches, and the image looks fantastic — especially for sports. The colors are vibrant, the motion is smooth, and it feels like having a mini stadium at home. Brightness is strong enough for evening viewing even with some ambient light in the room (the picture is 5 pm of a summer afternoon). The auto-focus and auto-keystone features work really well. Setup was quick and easy, and I didn’t have to struggle with manual adjustments. The image aligned itself properly within seconds. Sound quality from the built-in speakers is surprisingly decent for casual viewing, but you can always connect external speakers via Bluetooth if you want more power. For the price, this projector delivers incredible value. Big screen experience, easy setup, solid brightness, and great for movies or sports nights with friends and family. Highly recommended if you're looking for an affordable large-screen home theater setup.

Video Quality: For the price point, the video quality this projector is able to output is pretty impressive. Picture and colors are very sharp and clear. Definitely try and keep the projector close to the wall/screen or you will experience poor video quality and brightness. Once you find the sweet spot for your configuration, using the projector during the day is perfectly fine. HOWEVER, I cannot recommend this for outdoor use during the day. General Use: Using the project is extremely easy. You can control everything from the remote and the remote still works even with the projector sitting behind you. The fan noise is bearable and better than other projectors I have used in the past. Connect it to WiFi and as long as you have decent Internet speeds with a strong WiFi signal there will be no issues, even streaming 4k videos. The Bluetooth auto connects to my external soundbar and subwoofer. The reason for a mid-score product rating is due to the terrible Operating System/GUI. The home screen cannot be customized whatsoever so what you see is what you get. Digging further into the OS, you do see an option to "add" certain apps to the home screen but there is no no to actually add it. I've tried all the buttons, using an external mouse/keyboard and nothing works. This is a big let down for me as the home screen has apps I do not use and would like to remove to clean up the home screen. And I cannot add apps I do use and would want on the home screen.

I’ve been using the Goaiey GO2 (2026 upgrade) projector for indoor movie nights and a few outdoor sessions, and I wanted to share a thorough, practical review for anyone considering it in the ~$300 price range. 📦 Unboxing & Setup The projector feels sturdy and well assembled. The integrated 360° stand is one of the standout design choices. It makes positioning very simple, especially for ceiling projection or adjusting height without stacking books or buying a separate mount. Initial setup took about 10–15 minutes: -Connected to WiFi without issues -Auto focus triggered immediately -Auto keystone worked reasonably well (manual tweak improved it slightly) The interface is simple and easy to navigate. 🖼️ Brightness & Image Quality (Real-World Use) The listing states 2500 ANSI lumens. I don’t have professional equipment to measure exact brightness, but here’s what I observed: Dark room: Very good brightness. Colors look vibrant, and image sharpness is solid for streaming content. Dim room (curtains drawn): Still very watchable. Contrast drops slightly but remains enjoyable. Daytime with natural light: Usable but noticeably washed out. I’ve been using this projector for about a week now, and so far I’m really happy with it. I bought it mainly for movie nights at home, and it has definitely made a big difference in how we watch shows and films. The picture looks clear and bright, even when there’s a little bit of light in the room. We don’t have to wait until it’s completely dark to start a movie, which is nice. Setting it up was simple and didn’t take much time. I’m not very technical, so I appreciate devices that just work without a lot of complicated steps. Whenever I move it from the living room to the bedroom or even outside, it adjusts the screen on its own within a few seconds. Awful. Incredibly loud venting noise at all times. It also does not stay off unless you unplug it. I have tried to address this through multiple settings. Won’t turn off unless you physically unplug it.
