That being said, there are tutorials on You Tube, thankfully. it's a good pot. It came with one rack that is way too small for the size of the canner. It needs a 12'' rack this one is only 101/2''. The booklet that came with it has very limited information. I had to look elsewhere to learn how to Properly use it. Then i found out the pressure guage was faulty, leaking air, and wouldn't build pressure.
