This thing works pretty good. We had a %80 success rate with our own eggs. We put 20 in, and 16 hatched. The four that didn't, didn't pip at all so I won't blame the incubator. The ONLY issue was humidity control, I had the same issue as another reviewer but all I did when I noticed the humidity was low was lift the bottle up by hand due a few seconds, then set it back down. It's important to place the incubator and the water source on an equal flat surface. My humidity was quite high often because of this system. It didn't seem to matter to my hatch rate though so I wouldn't worry overmuch. I give it 5 because for the price, it's hard to beat. If you're on the fence, BUY IT.

I ordered this new incubator as a secondary incubator for my turkey eggs. It was packaged well but when I opened it, it was pretty dirty.. yikes.. and the screen seems to be scratched. Other than that, it seems to be doing well holding temp and humidity. I might update the stars on here depending on how it does in the future! EDIT! I have used this incubator for less than a week and it was doing great until today. It will not hold the temp or bring it past 74 degrees when it is needing to be at least 98.5!!! I am so mad, I don't know what to do! I have baby turkeys on lockdown at the moment. Definitely will be trying to return!! NOW I KNOW WHY IT LOOKED USED WHEN I GOT IT!!!

I bought this incubator and another one from tractor supply co to hatch some quails. This one was 1/3 the price of the one from tractor supply co and hatched more eggs. While the hatch rate could be luck, I found this one to be better quality and easier to use. The automatic egg turners also can be used to many different sized eggs, including button quail. One issue is, you have to be careful the baby birds don't hop out when you open the lid since there isn't any sort of barrier to stop them. Overall a good product.

Holds 25 eggs (not sure about that aspect but I had 12 medium chicken eggs and 6 jumbo turkey eggs in it with room to spare). The candle light could be brighter but it does work, and the best thing is it has a built in humidity gage. I would buy this again.

Okay the alarm is the best part! I can hear it from all over my house when the water needs to be filled. Saved an egg one of my chickens was sitting on and ditched the last four days of the incubation cycle! Set up was super simple and will last a long time

I put 24 fertilized chicken eggs in this incubator and only 5 hatched...You cannot manually control the humidity like you can on other incubators. When you fill the water bottle it is a pain...you have to tilt the bottle and tray over then unscrew it so the leftover water that sits on the tray spills out. The water line also doesn't work properly so you have to manually add water for humidity. Overall I would NOT recommend this product to anybody and I really hope I can get my money back on this...

First time using it plug it in and everything seems to be working great. Heard up fast to temperature east controls, but in a few hours I check it and temp is down to 75. Reset it and it goes back up but then again few hours later temp drops again. Put the styrofoam around it like they suggest to help regulate temp no change. Don’t recommend buying.
