Why did you pick this product vs others?: I bought this after sending back another Li battery that was just a train wreck. The Vatrer used to be a piece of crap with really poor build quality, but recently they have totally reworked the design into a really solid item at a great price. Mine arrived at about 60% charge, instantly started charging and balancing when put into my solar system. The 4 cells are usually with .001 volt of one another at all times so it stays amazingly well balanced. It's the plug and play Li battery I was hoping for. Will Prowse has a new video mentioning this battery and the build quality (the 3 year old video of the same shows the old battery now d/c'd.) The Vatrer app is easy to use and is within 1% of the reading of my Victron shunt, so maybe not perfect but certainly close enough for practical use.

Size: 12V 300Ah with APP Monitoring
Recently purchased a Vatrer 300Ah LM12300 battery for my fifth wheel trailer to replace my lead acid battery. First of all, the battery arrived 7 days earlier than expected (5 days after placing order). Second, the battery was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The battery is the non-self heating version (since I live in Florida) but includes the Bluetooth ability. It was very easy to replace the lead acid battery with the Vatrer battery and just had to switch over from lead acid to lithium on my converter. The battery came 52% charged and immediately began charging via the solar panel. The Bluetooth capability is well worth the few extra dollars and the Vatrer app can be downloaded for Apple or Android from the Google Playstore. I was able to see the current status of the battery and verify that the battery was charging via the solar charger. My future plans are to eventually install an inverter, additional solar panels and adding another Vatrer 300Ah battery. Would highly recommend the Vatrer brand of batteries.

I’ve had the battery for about a week and I’ve been happy so far. I have an R-Pod 153 and this battery doubled the battery capacity with almost half the space used. The R-Pod has an auto-detect converter and it sensed the lithium battery right away. I impressed how fast the battery charged and the app is great for monitoring progress. It also provides a ton of great information that I wasn’t expecting. For example, I’m new to campers and it’s not always clear to me when something is drawing from the battery or when it’s actually charging from the solar panels (the built-in solar monitor in the R-Pod isn’t great). The app instantly showed all this information and was easy to understand. Looking forward to my next camping trip!

Great battery! Came with about a 70% charge. Brit it up to 100% in a couple days. Clear concise manual, battery looks to be very well built. Getting ready to take in on a month long trip. It will be the house battery for our van.

So far so good, I’ve had it hooked up for about 2 weeks now and I can’t get it to die. Meets my needs perfectly.. app works good and was a breeze to install on my tt! Battery is not to heavy and fits great after some fabrication to the tongue of my trailer..
