I've got the e-bike earlier than expected. Assembling is pretty easy with some skills. Adjusting parameters is not very intuitive, manufacturer should tell more about it in manual especially about adjusting magnets. Road test completely satisfied me. EXCELLENT E-BIKE!     • Don't waste your money
Do not buy This e bike.... False advertisements everywhere. The battery life is horrible. You'll ride on 100 percent for maybe 5 miles, after that once you get to 90 the drop is pretty rapid and at 50 percent you'll be walking the bike. The instruction book wasn't helpful and I had missing hardware. The pedals are garbage, had to re tighten during my short rides.My battery died one day and attempted to pedal home...and both pedal broke off. Customer service was a joke. They just kept asking me dumb questions through text til I realized they weren't trying to help, just trying to make it my fault. And you can have All this for $1000. Step right up. ... show more

    • Advertisements and product description are false
The advertised speed is greatly overstated. It advertised 35 mph, but i only got it to 27 pedaling really really fast and exerting tons of energy. It averages 20 mph, and at half battery drops to 15. I didn't pay $1000 to be pedaling. Also, as soon as pedal assist or throttle is disengaged there is an IMMEDIATE reduction in speed almost like down shifting. There is NO coasting! Battery life is laughable, charging takes 6-8 hours, and tame is closer to less than 20 miles than the advertised 70. Extremely dissatisfied! ... show more

They advertise 41 miles an hour there’s $300 charge for shipping. You can’t negotiate that the weight limit advertise is 330 when I called the company to tell them the bike is too slow. It doesn’t go anywhere near 41 miles an hour, they said what do you weigh? I said 300. They said that’s why because the weight limit is only 250. The pedals have already broke, the motor is noisy, winny. Brakes are terrible. The bike is heavy as all hell. I do Not like it ... show more

Seller has been responsive to my issues with this bike. We found the tire size in the menu needed to be adjusted to reflect the the proper speed. I used an app with mph to get the bike closer to where it needs to be. In my case 28.5" was very close. It also has a bent derailleur that we're sorting out. Will update ... show more
