I am a cook, and am always looking for pans that suit my needs. I had finally decided that I was tired of buying sets with too many pieces that I never use. So I decided that I would only buy the pans I need, a large fry pan with high sides, and a sauce pan, and maybe a pan to cook spaghetti in, though I typically make pasta in a large frying pan. But it would also be good for soups and things like that. So I got this set, to see how they worked. You get a smaller fry pan and a sauce pan, a lid for the sauce pan, a handle to use on both pans, pan separators, tonkeep them for getting scratched, a steamer piece, and a really nice drying cloth and a sponge to clean them with. Everything had their name and was high quality, which I appreciated. The pans reached a great point for searing items, at a lower temperature. You don’t need to increase the heat to achieve the desired result. The con to these pans is that the handle poses problems. There is only one handle, which is makes using both pans at the same time difficult. Larger packages have more handles and other pans. But more importantly is that the lid for the sauce pan doesn’t make a good seal. So if you are making something that you want to create a good seal, to achieve the desired effect, isn’t possible with the provided lid. It’s just not possible. handle goes makes it hard to create a good seal even if using a lid from another pot. But if you don’t have a reason to do that, you’re good. I did use a lid from another pan that was a similar size. It helped to simmer the food, but wouldn’t be very good when trying to reduce the temperature trying amount of liquid. All in all I think this set of pans is a good addition to any kitchen. Just remember what it’s capable ńmake your decision based accordingly. I do recommend them, and will be adding on more pieces myself.

The only thing this set needs is a lid that fits the skillet. The 22pc set does, but if you can find a tight fitting lid separately (although, it may not have the cutaway for the handle), you can probably conquer anything...anywhere. This comes with a pot, a skillet, a top (for the pot), a folding telescopic colander, and a trivet. I keep this on reserve exclusively for AirBnB visits. Ninety-nine times out of a hundred, the cookware at an AirBnb....has seen better days (and often is not clean). The surface of both the pot and pan are good, slick nonstick ceramic, and the detachable handle is the most novel invention I have seen in awhile. The 22pc set is available if you want to desk out your kitchen, vacation home, RV or whatever, but for Me and My travels, this works great.

I was excited to try this new set out as my current sauce pan, and saute pans needed replacing. The concept and application of switching handles is pretty cool. It certainly saves me space in my kitchen, which seems to be shrinking rapidly. I got the orange and it adds a kick to my already plain. kitchen so plus one for that too. Since I handwash all my cookware anyway, no worries there either. Overall, I'm loving this set mostly because everything cooks as I expect it to. No weird hot spots.

I was so excited to try these pots and pans as soon as I got them. They are just as great as I expected them to be. I love the unique and lovely colors. I also love how conveniently and easily I can store them in my small kitchen. The handle is detachable and can easily be put on either the saucepan or the saute pan. Because the handle detaches, it's easier to store these away. I made a batch of beans in the saucepan yesterday and made a batch of beans in the saucepan yesterday and chicken stew in the saute pan and these pants were awesome for that. They are high quality pans and quite durable. The food cooks evenly so I'm satisfied with the heat distribution. The silicone lid was also handy when cooking. I like the added accessories that this set comes with, including the collapsible basin, pot protector, and the dish sponge. I was able to hand wash everything with the sponge, warm water and soap and it cleaned up right away. Great pot set.
