Excellent insoles and excellent customer support from the company!! The first pair I bought didn't match the position of my arch, so I contacted the company to see if they could help. We agreed that the next size up would probably place the arch support in the right place for me. They refunded my first purchase, and I ordered the next size. After trimming a little for length, they fit perfectly and are very comfortable. Very happy with the purchase and the excellent support from the company! Highly recommended!

I only weigh a little over 200lb but I decided to give these a try. My ankles, heels, left Achilles tendon, and my knees were hurting. I usually get Dr Scholl's for knee and back pain but they didn't work like usual. I'm on my feet for 12 hours a day and I signed up for overtime so I needed something that would work. I decided to order these and give them a try. They were uncomfortable at first but I could tell they were going to help instantly. My pain didn't go away instantly and I used compression sleeves at night while I was sleeping but after a few days my pain was barely noticeable. The main issue I came across is the insoles away from the arch support don't feel like they have any support at all so it feels like I'm just walking on a thin piece of rubber between my foot and the floor. The pain relief I got makes that a minor issue. I ordered new shoes because my shoes are probably just worn out from how much walking I do but these insoles are great while I wait for my new shoes to arrive. If I don't like those insoles I might order more of these.

3 stars as im only using them a few days. At opening the box first thing I noticed is there identical to Dr sholes high Arc style but slightly different. On the bottom inside back of the Arch there's a slight lift that the Dr units don't have. I liked those but they just didn't cut it. These are not the same. That little lift makes a world of difference. Better Arch support definitely. Im recommending at this time. We're going to see how they last. My poor right heel is killing me. I've never ever had feet problems before now. I just got out of my truck one day stepped out and said owww WTH that hurts a lot. I got driver's foot after 20 years of commercial work.

One of the best insoles I’ve gotten in recent years. The stiff arch is great. The heal cushioning is out standing. The Forefoot cushioning is decent but beefed than expected. Easy to use and first day I had them in didn’t feel like I was wearing shoes. Overall solid and relieved a lot of foot fatigue.

I'm actually quite impressed with these insoles. So much so that I purchased 2 more pairs of them. They feel hard, but they actually do what they say they will do. I'm over 230 pounds and I work in an incarceration facility. So I'm constantly on my feet, walking on concrete floors all day. Most times for way more than 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. And so far, these insoles have more than help up to the task. My feet don't hurt at the end of the day. Even with plantar fasciitis. But I have an extensive collection of shoes, and I'm constantly having to swap these insoles around whenever I wear a different pair of shoes. I will definitely buy more of these over time. I think the only downside to these insoles is that they are expensive (hence only 4 stars). And since I don't make much, I'll have to work them into my budget. But I would definitely recommend!
