ANNNDDDD... the S1 control a fan!!!! This system has turned my Oklahoma Joe's Bronco drum and my homemade drum smoker into 2 set it and forget it smoking machines!!!! The S1 runs off of both Bluetooth and WIFI... and sends a signal to their app. From the app you can monitor temps and completely control your cooking temps.... from ANYWHERE as long as the S1 is connected to wifi and your phone has service!! An absolute game changer for bbq and smoking meat!!!! Super easy to connect and set up.. simply follow the onscreen, step by step instructions from the app!!! Functionality is absolutely flawless!!!! Great customer service!!! They even have a Facebook group where users share experiences and recipes. And there are a few customer service people that hang out in the group as well. What are you waiting for? There are some analog thermometer that cost as much as this thing does.. and does a whole lot less. Great price!!!!!

Simple set up, super easy to install, fit right in the thermometer spot on my Oklahoma Joe bronco. And super simple to use. Works on Bluetooth or WiFi which is great when you’re not around the pit. Works great, and the wireless probes are pretty cool too. I have a barrel smoker and I will be adding the breezo fan to pair with this soon.

I have bought two of now, This is a great product. Really works well with the Breezo fan. Connecting to Wi-Fi the first time can be kind of challenging, but after that seems to work well.

Charging indicator seems to be a bit off, shows it needs one more bar when charging, but when in use it shows full. Other than that this thing is great and accurate, Best mod for my smoker!

This ChefsTemp product is decent, but their technology is subpar. They offer accessories like a “smart” fan, probes, and a special base station, but they’re all overpriced and of low quality. The application is clunky, pairing accessories is a hassle and disconnect randomly, and the batteries are cheap despite being marketed as premium. I invested a lot of money in an all-in-one solution, but ended up returning everything except this grill thermometer (since I couldn’t find a suitable digital replacement).
