The pans came in very well packaged. I love the white color and the speckles in the pots, the utensils were a bonus, I love long handles on them. The only reason I gave them a 4 star are the lids that came with them. They are hard plastic, they just sit on the pans not sealing in any way. Plus one came in broken. Because they don't seal i probably wouldn't use any way. But will up date after using the pans. Update, I've used them for a while and absolutely love them. As with all pots and pans there is always pros and cons. I love that they stack and save space, love the pads that go between the pots and pans to protect them, you definitely have to cook on low heat with this set, the only bad things I can say about this set is the broken lid and that the white silicone does tend to discolor, but I did order white so that's on me. My handles have not burned, like I read in other reviews, so maybe they had gas stoves and should have kept the handles away from the flames? I have electric and my handles haven't even gotten really hot. Would I buy again? Yes. I was not disappointed at all

The media could not be loaded. The quality of the item is really good, I loved the color of mine. One thing for sure is they scratch easily so recommend wood or silicone utensils. You have to assemble them which is fine but one thing I am going to emphasize is that the nuts to the lids came with the seal and screws on them so it’s impossible to remove the screws to put the nuts in the lids. I have emailed them multiple times and no solution has been given. I am beyond over this products customer service. I’m not one to complain honestly (worked on customer service myself) but I’ve emailed them trying to see if there’s any way they could just resend the nuts, screws and seals, and they say “ You need to unscrew the screws first before installing them onto the pots” like obviously we tried that but once you screw on the seals to the nuts they can’t be removed (they came like that!)! And almost in every email they ask for a picture or video, which I send and yet no solution after almost 2 months

These are my every day pans. I've had them for several months now. I had a more expensive set, and they got scratched up almost immediately. This set is actually more durable and doesn't scratch easily. They wash well in the dishwasher, and are oven safe. I would highly recommend these. I intend to order another set.
