This is the best weed trimmer I have ever owned. My last one (B&D) only lasted 4 years and then it was ready for the dump, which is where it went today. This trimmer was pretty easy to set up, it has a lot of power and whacks those weeks wonderfully, in other words it cuts those weeds very well, with plenty of speed to cut ever the toughest of my weeks, except the really thick one. I used it for a few hours today and the battery is still going strong. It's pretty comfortable to use, being able to adjust the length of the shaft. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and the (lower than average price. Now, we will see if it stands the test of time.

I was reluctant to buy this online. But I’m glad I did works very well and it’s not heavy. I’m 67 years old and I’m able to operate it with these. I love the fact that it came with replaceable string and two battery packs.

Easy to assemble. Lightweight, did a good job trimming. I have a big Echo trimmer, but it's heavy, and aggressive for the quick touch-up I usually do before the big mow. I've only used this item once. The unit comes with two battery packs, not quite enough to make it all the way around my yard, trees, drive, etc, but charging is easy and apparently fast. Comes with several line spools, and they are re-fillable. I was especially impressed with the instruction manual - written in clear, understandable english. I'll still use the gas Echo for the big jobs, but this unit is going to be my go-to light duty trimmer.

Fantastic product! I have had many Weedwhacker’s throughout my life, this one is the lightest, easiest maneuvering, and the batteries last a really long time. I’m a 69 year-old woman and trim a half an acre. The battery on the Weedwhacker will do the entire yard and still have one battery dot lit up. The adjustable handle for me is perfect because I’m only 5’4. But the greatest thing about this is how the battery itself is charged and goes on and off the whacker with ease. My hands don’t work as well as they used to and this battery just gets plugged in. You’re not trying to push a button and pull it off at the same time. The packaging is very deceptive when you get the box. Everything is in there, it took me five minutes to put it all together. I’m not sure why there are bad reviews on this product because it’s an excellent product with an excellent price. This comes with two batteries and a bunch of extra spools. This is a great deal on this Weedwhacker.

My friend said it was easy to put together, but the battery life was about 15 minutes. So it’s a good thing it has a second battery so he could keep on working. But the second battery takes a little over half an hour to 45 minutes to charge. I ended up returning it because of the battery life. It made the job take longer. But it did a pretty nice job aside from having to really tap hard to get the string to feed. I would recommend this to a very patient person.

Just got this bad boy 2 days ago. Installation was a snap and I love that it came with two batteries. I have small/medium sized yard and this lightweight lil fella was a BEAST! I wanted to test it out and I was able to knock out the entire yard and still had power left on the second battery. In all fairness, I've only used it once so I can't say it'll always be like this or not burn up or something. I'll keep it clean and hope for the best tho. Seems to be a monster little yard helper and we'll worth the $. The adjustable length and handle are pluses as well.

For a fairly inexpensive trimmer, it works very well . I don't think I'll ever be able to purchase an extra battery when needed, but I haven't tried yet. But it is light, easy to use and assemble.

This is a good product, I have had no problems with it. Works well for the grass that I have in my little yard space. I have no regrets about this purchase . Snap in and go, versus making fuel to oil mixture and always having extra and wondering if this is the time when it won't start and may need to go to service. It's just all in all much easier.
