This is a fantastic beginner machine. It’s easy to operate, looks great, and has a nice, small footprint on my counter. The steam wand works excellently after a little practice (YouTube videos helped a lot with the learning curve!). I use pre-ground coffee, and the flavor is great. Most of my mugs fit fine, but you can easily remove the drip tray for taller cups. Just be careful when emptying the grounds, as the filter cups pop out easily since they don't have a locking bump. Great espresso machine. Easy and everything works well. Steam wand has been great just a learning curve- just needed to look up youtube videos for tips. This is my first machine and a great for a beginner. The single and double shot cups do not have a little bump on them like ive seen most do, it just pops out easier so you have to be careful when emptying the grounds. I use regular pre-grounded beans and they work and taste good. Most coffee cups fit, otherwise i remove the drip tray for taller cups. Nice looking machine and small on my counter ... show more

This is my first espresso machine and I think it is a perfect size. It’s not very big nor does it take up a lot of room on the counter. The machine comes with very clear instructions, so make sure you read them for first use. You fill the tank and need to remove the plug before using it. Then you go through two rounds of running the steamer and then the brewing to clean the machine. The espresso piece comes with two sizes - single or double shot. You just change out the inside bowl. It also comes with a tool to pat down the espresso to make it very smooth. The screen is digital and very clear marked for which size of espresso. My first espresso came out perfect. The steamer works great. You should put enough milk in for the rod is under by about an inch to avoid splashing. And make sure you run the steam cycle again with no milk to clean it after use. Do not leave milk to curdle. All in, this machine is a great price and size. I am very happy!! ... show more

I love medium-dark roasted beans, and this machine delivers perfectly. It pulls rich shots with thick, beautiful oily cream. The minimalist, compact design looks great and saves space. I usually grab a 12oz pitcher and a digital scale—precise dosing is key to have consistent flavor. Double shot espresso, 120–150ml chilled whole milk, and a thin 0.5cm microfoam layer. Purge the wand until dry steam appears. Stretch the milk until you hear a "hissing" sound, I can get silky foam. Be careful l when the pitcher is too hot to hold for more than 3s. It’s a total game-changer for my daily routine. 10/10 would recommend! ... show more
