Simple to install, all parts present. The instruction manual could be improved, only 75% effective. Recommend a video instruction tutorial. Best value for the cost, comparatively speaking. I am glad I went with the plastic top rather than the metal, which allows natural light to pass through the roof. Now I am trying to determine how best to secure the gazebo before a hurricane or wind storm as I live in South Florida.

We had a 10x10 that was very nice, lasted 7 years and the roof started to wear. We thought a larger one would be nice and the price was right for this 10x13. Very happy with it although it did take a while to put together. Video was helpful. End result very nice. With the screen and curtains a nice plus.

Bought this 10x12 gazebo. Was easy to assemble with just one person an a step ladder. Give yourself like 8 to 10 hrs if your doing it by yourself.

I got the 10 x 13 polycarbonate version. By myself, it took almost 9 hours to fully assemble, but it is doable. Seems to be nice quality. I compared this to a 10 x 10 version at Lowe's and it seems similar. But this is almost twice as cheap! Also, the sellers are amazing!

This is a good product and strong with the exception of not being able to purchase replacement parts for the top of gazebo in the event they break from heal storms

First Assembly of this can be done by 2 able bodied people within 3-4 hours easily, none of the parts are very heavy being aluminum. The roof panels were the most challenging to assemble, not difficult but they didn't want to fit perfectly being that the structure was out of square, eventually just forced them into the slots and used an impact driver to bolt the trim pieces around them to force them the last little bit, no leaking roof despite what others have stated just be very attentive to the slots the panels fit it as it's easy to miss a track, each panel fits into a track on sides.
