This pressure washer was a complete disappointment. Did not work correctly when received. Leaked, no display, didn't pull using the supplied "bucket hose". Did not appear to be a new unit not sure, but there was no packing and only the main unit even had a plastic bag on it. I contacted the seller and went through a number of checks with them with no success. I requested a return with refund which was accepted BUT I NEEDED TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING which was $98.00. A number of back and forth "conversations" finally provided me with a 50% refund which was all that could be provided due to "platform policy restrictions" per the seller. I'm not happy with this transaction and "warranty" resolution. I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

ITS SAYS IT RATED FOR 5000PSI .BUTS HOSES ARE RATED FOR 2900 PSI. FOR THE PRICE ITS PRETTY GOOD NOT AS MUCH PRESSURE AS I NEEDED.

I bought this washer to clean my patio because my dog has a intestinal parisite and her poo is messy. Putting the product together was very easy. However the video showed how powerful it was especially on the cement setting but when I put the washer on the car setting and after scooping the majority of poo up the stain would not come up easily. I changed the setting to cement and used the 15 degree nozzel the stain was removed only if the nozzel was less than one half inch away. I also had a huge problem using the bucket hose attachment. I placed the attachment in a bucket of water and bleach but the filter floated to the top of water and then the filter would come unattched when using. Had to stop and reattach filter several times. I then went to the Depot and picked up a hose clamp for the exorbitant price of one dollar and thirt five cents. HA. Also attached a wire with several metal washers to keep the filter attached and below the water line. Another small issue is the lack of a good place to wrap the electrical cord. To big a deal to return, i will use it for small issues. You have been warned. Good Luck. xorberan
