I love this scooter. it's very easy to use and I can take it anywhere even on a plane. It is very easy to take care of and having 2 batteries is wonderful. it could maneuver a little better in tight spaces but other than that it's perfect for what I need it for, travel and going to church functions.

I bought this for my dad since he’s been having back problems when he tries to walk too far. In the beginning, he was skeptical about this cause he didn’t want to look bad but when he finally got use to it, he didn’t care anymore. Easy for him to travel everywhere now. Before we had to wait for him but now he is waiting for us to catch up. Putting together this was pretty easy. Took less than 15mins to put it together. Once it folds down, it is pretty flat which can put away pretty good. For the price I pay for this, it’s worth the money and investment. I tend to leave this in the van so my dad can use it whenever he feels like using it. It’s nice to have two batteries so you don’t have to worry about dying when going. I'm so excited about my new scooter. The silver color looks nice and sleek. It came pretty much fully assembled, all I had to do is attach the armrests and basket and it was ready to go. It rides smoothly and is easy to operate. The speed is adjustable and top speed is pretty fast, which I like. The headlights are bright, basket spacious. Also, there is a USB port so I can charge my phone on the go, if I need to. I love that it folds down easily and fits in the trunk of my car. Battery life is good. I spent a whole day at a theme park and it used only half of the first battery. The customer service is outstanding. I had some questions before purchase and they were very responsive and helpful. I recently purchased a D3 Pro Lightweight Mobility Scooter from the Amazon seller PAISEEC. I previously owned a Pride three wheeled Go Go scooter, which I no longer have. This was to be a replacement. The Pride scooter broke down into three pieces, each weighing the equivalent of a boat anchor. I own a Nissan Sentra and the Pride would barely fit into my car. Without having to break it down just collapsing it the D3 Pro fits into my trunk with ease and at 75 years old it’s easy enough for me to handle. It’s the perfect scooter for my needs. Now, let’s get to the import stuff. Things don’t always go as planned and Amazon did not ship the scooter to me. They made an error in shipping and shipped me something that I still don’t know what it is. I contacted PAISEEC through their website and found the most reputable company, the best customer service team on the planet. They listened to my complaint, I sent them photos and all the information that I had at hand and in less than a week they rectified the situation with outstanding communication. It is my feeling that when a company stands behind their product is almost more important than the product itself. I would give them a five star rating all day long and I would rather give them a six star rating but well that doesn’t exist. You cannot go wrong by dealing with PAISEEC. It turned out to be the perfect shopping experience. I’ve had my scooter now about two weeks and I’ve got absolutely zero complaints. Works perfectly! They should know that scooter does not weigh 37 lbs. at 71 that matters. Every person I showed that add to believed it was only 37 lbs also. That scooter is too heavy for me. I wouldn’t have purchased it had I known.
