My pool is a Freeform pool that is roughly 22’ x 42’ with the deep end being about 8.5’ deep. Keeping it clean can sometimes feel overwhelming, however it is nice having extra tools that help allow me to get a more detailed better cleaner looking pool. In full disclosure I have a pretty expensive robotic vacuum cleaner as well as a side suction vacuum cleaner and one other cordless pool vacuum all at my disposal to help keep my pool clean. This vacuum is the smallest of them all but don’t let its size dictate its capabilities. The vacuum seems very well made and is easy to use. Assembling the poles takes no time whatsoever and they fit together nicely. The vacuum has a filter bag and another spare one to make cleaning easier so that I can swap them out and continue to clean while someone else rinses the filter out. The other part that I like is that if I take the head of the vacuum off there is a smaller nozzle still that allows me to spot vacuum. This doesn’t seem like a big deal but is probably my favorite thing about it. My robotic pool cleaner does the vast majority of the work in my pool so this is meant as a supplement cleaning tool. This vacuum is mostly for me to spot vacuum areas that the robotic cleaner missed and to get into the tight small corners and curvatures of my pool which the robotic cleaner can reach. I have several areas in my pool where sand likes to build up so by removing the head of the vacuum I can easily suck up the sand that builds up in those corners. One piece of advice I’ll say is to take your time and go slowly and it will help with your spot cleaning and vacuuming. I wasn’t expecting the suction to be as good as it is but it does a decent job picking up sand and debris. I’m not 100 percent sure about the battery life bc I’ve never ran it completely empty after using it for my needs. I have only run this vacuum for about a half hour at the most before I clean it and put it back in the charger. Charging it is also a breeze and didn’t seem to take too long before it was fully charged the first time I used it. I am also perhaps a little bit different and like to get in the pool to clean rather than doing it standing on the deck of my pool. I feel like it helps me reach and see better and makes it easier for me to go straight to all of the problem spots or areas in my pool. This vacuum has made life easier since getting it, not just for my pool but my hot tub as well. It use to be that I’d have to use my shop vac to clean sand out of my hot tub but this is so much better. It helps when you have the right tool for the job. The vacuum claims to run 14 gallons a minute which doesn’t sound like a lot but is enough to pick up small debris and things like sand and leaves. I honestly can say I wasn’t expecting too much when I first ordered this vacuum but it definitely has made cleaning easier and now that I have it, I wouldn’t want to go without it. Overall I am way impressed and feel like this is a decent quality vacuum that offers excellent value for the price considering that my other pool vacuums are several hundred dollars and one even a couple thousand.

Perfect Detail Tool for Reaching Tough Pool Corners and Steps As a member of the Amazon Vine Program, I provide thorough and accurate reviews based on hands-on, real-world testing. I picked up this Grelawner Cordless Handheld Pool Vacuum to handle the tricky spot-cleaning tasks that my main equipment leaves behind, and it has worked out perfectly. Rating: 5/5 Stars Initial Thoughts I already own a high-end cordless robotic pool vacuum that I absolutely love, and it handles about 95% of the pool perfectly on every cycle. However, it simply cannot navigate into those tight side-wall areas where the steps meet the walls, or along the pool floor where the stairs meet the bottom. Occasionally, it will also just miss a random small patch of debris. I needed a lightweight, convenient tool for that final 5% of detail work, and this handheld vacuum fits that exact role beautifully. By using this and the robot together I can pretty much retire the cumbersome old-school vacuum hose setup for good, unless/until my robot dies on me! Packaging The vacuum arrived securely boxed with all parts accounted for and well-protected. The components were neatly organized, ensuring nothing was scratched or damaged during transport. Construction & Materials For a vacuum priced under $80, the construction feels fairly solid and mostly well-engineered. It features a compact body that is small enough to easily hang on my garage wall right alongside my standard brooms and tools, keeping my storage area completely tidy. The suction head is relatively small—measuring about 4 to 5 inches wide at the mouth—which reinforces that this is built to be a dedicated precision tool. *** NOTE: **** Only one issue of caution/care: there is a rectangular silicon stopper that fits into the body of the unit to allow draining water out when you want to store it. The fit isn't super easy to get really tightly shut and if it's open while you are using it, you will lose some of your vacc suction. Just be sure it's firmly in place and all good! Ease of Installation & Performance Assembly is incredibly simple and completely tool-free. You just connect the 4 or 5 handle extension tubes together, snap on the filter basket and the brush roller, charge it up, and you are ready to go. The included handle provides plenty of length, allowing me to comfortably reach the bottom of the pool in all four corners from the deck. During my first use after tackling the area around my stairs, I noticed a helpful trick: if you submerge the unit all the way down into the water, the internal pump primes instantly, and the suction kicks in at full power. The 14.1 GPM suction is surprisingly strong and lifted the trapped debris effortlessly. I ran it for about 15 minutes to touch up my pool's problem spots, and the battery showed absolutely no signs of weakening—maintaining strong, consistent pull the entire time. Final Thoughts It is important to manage expectations regarding the size of this unit. Because of the compact 4-to-5-inch suction head, you would not want to use this to clean a full-sized pool from scratch; though it would be an excellent main vacuum for a standalone hot tub or spa. But as a detailing tool to clean up corners, steps, and tight spots after your main vacuum or robot is finished, it is phenomenal. For the price, I definitely recommend it. I am hoping for long-term durability, but at this price point, if I get a full season of use out of it, I will be very satisfied—and I will certainly report back here with an update if anything changes! I use this to clean the bottom of a backyard water feature that has a small pond, stream, and waterfall, and it works great for that purpose. Grass clippings, leaves, dirt, and other debris inevitably end up settling on the bottom, and this makes cleaning it out a lot easier than trying to scoop everything up with a net. The suction is strong enough to pick up the loose dirt and smaller debris from the bottom along with grass and leaves. I especially like being able to target the areas where debris collects instead of draining the pond or stirring everything up trying to clean it manually. The cordless design is also really convenient outdoors since I don't have to mess with an extension cord anywhere near the water. It's easy to maneuver around the pond and lets me get into the areas where debris tends to settle. For my water feature, it's been a very useful maintenance tool and has made routine cleanup noticeably quicker and easier. Definitely worth five stars for how I'm using it. Worth the cost in my opinion.

"I bought this for my above ground pool because I was tired of using a net every time I saw sand and small debris on the bottom. This little vacuum has been a big help. The suction is strong enough to pick up sand, dirt, and small leaves without much effort. I like that it comes with two different filters because I can switch depending on what I’m cleaning. The fine mesh filter works well for the small particles that are usually harder to remove. The clear debris chamber is also convenient because I can see when it needs to be emptied. The telescopic pole is a nice feature too. It extends far enough to reach different areas of my pool without having to bend over constantly. Setup was simple, and the cordless design makes cleaning much easier."

I’m veryyy impressed with this handled pool vacuum. It’s lightweight, easy to use and fast to charge. I have an above ground pool and I made the mistake of filling it up some with my unfiltered water spigot, as I have iron water… I filled it up the rest of the way with the filtered but the damage was already done. I had a ton of iron sediment on the bottom of the pool floor. I ordered this pool vacuum in hopes it would be my saving grace, and it is! It took 3 days of vacuuming here and there but this vacuum got every single speck of iron sediment up off my pool floor! And the only reason it took a span of 3 days was because the iron would float to the top and I would have to wait for it to resettle. The long handle is fantastic, I did not once have to get in the pool and vacuum, the handle allowed me to reach every inch of it from standing outside. Cleaning the vacuum out was easy, snap the filter off, rinse it off, resnap it on, and boom ready to go again. The charge lasts and it doesn’t take long to charge it! The filter bags are nice as well, as it comes with 2 different sizes of mesh to fit your needs! Only gripe is the shipping took forever and a day! But it was well worth it! First photo is before, with all the iron sediment on the pool floor. Second and third photo is during, you can see how the one side is clearer (the side I just finished vacuuming) and the other still has sediment (the side I had not yet vacuumed) Fourth photo is after I let it sit for a day to let all the iron sediment that got kicked up, settle back down Fifth photo is after I vacuumed it for the last time! All the iron sediment is gone, and I now have a clear, clean pool! Sixth photo is of the iron sediment that was sucked into the filter after vacuuming!

"This pool vacuum is exactly what I needed for keeping my spa and small pool clean between regular cleanings. It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and I don’t have to deal with cords while moving around the pool. The battery lasts long enough for me to finish my cleaning routine, and charging is pretty quick. I especially like the 2-in-1 cleaning options. The wider head is great for open areas, while the smaller nozzle helps get into corners and around steps where debris likes to collect.
