Description

What if cleaning power feels weak or it gets stuck? If the basket or sponge is clogged, just clean them out. If it gets stuck on a drain or step, it'll back itself out and get back to work in 2–3 minutes. Why does the robot float down when climbing walls? That usually means the filter basket is full. Just empty it, and it'll keep climbing. Can it clean pool steps? It can go up steps, but won't really clean narrow step surfaces well. Why is the unit wet? Is it used? Nope, it's brand new. We water-test every unit before shipping, so a little leftover water inside is totally normal. Why is the runtime shorter than advertised mins? That 180 minutes is for ECO Mode only. In Full Pool Mode, it'll run about 90–100 minutes. How do I update the robot firmware? We recommend upgrading via Bluetooth first. If multiple attempts fail, switch to Wi‑Fi for the firmware upgrade. What preparations are needed before charging the pool cleaner robot? Power off the unit fully. Wipe and dry the charging port thoroughly to remove water, pool residue and dust. Moisture or dirt leads to poor contact, unstable charging or charging failure. What actions are prohibited during charging? Do not cover or wrap the robot while charging. Blocked heat dissipation causes overheating of the unit and charging module, resulting in charging failure and battery damage.

I’ve been impressed with how much of the pool this cleaner can handle without needing any help from me. It travels across the floor, climbs the walls, and works along the waterline, so it provides a much more complete cleaning than basic robotic models that only stay on the bottom. The cordless design is a major advantage. I don’t have to manage a long power cable, worry about it tangling, or arrange the pool area around a cord while the cleaner is working. I can charge it, select the cleaning mode I want, place it in the pool, and let it do its job. The long runtime is especially useful for a larger pool. It can continue cleaning for an extended period without needing to be removed and recharged halfway through the job. The rolling brushes and strong motors do a good job collecting leaves, sediment, and other debris that would otherwise require manual vacuuming. I also like the dual-layer filtration system. It catches both larger debris and finer material, and the filter is straightforward to access when it’s time to empty and rinse it. Cleaning the filter after each use helps keep the suction strong and prevents collected debris from sitting inside the unit. APP AND CLEANING MODES The app gives me several options for choosing which areas and cleaning patterns I want the robot to focus on. I can select a more complete cleaning cycle or choose a mode better suited to the floor, walls, or waterline. One important thing to know is that the app settings need to be selected before the cleaner goes into the water. Once I understood that, it was easy enough to incorporate into the normal setup routine. The variety of modes is useful because I don’t necessarily need the same type of cleaning every time. Sometimes the floor needs the most attention, while other times I want it to concentrate more on the walls and waterline. CHARGING AND MAINTENANCE The charging time is reasonable compared with the long operating time. I can recharge it between cleanings and have it ready for the next use without much inconvenience. After cleaning, I remove the unit, open the filter compartment, discard the collected debris, and rinse the filters. The maintenance is much easier than manually vacuuming the entire pool. picks up leaves well
We have a large inground pool. Getting it ready for friends on the weekend can easily take up most of my Saturday morning. Leaves, fine sand, and dirt collect on the bottom, while the waterline gets pretty grimy by the end of the week. I charge the C1 Friday night, choose a cleaning setting in the app Saturday morning, then put it in the pool while I get the grill and patio ready. It picks up a good amount of leaves, sand, and sediment from the floor. The brushes handle dirt that tends to stick. The robot climbs the walls well enough to clean areas I would normally scrub by hand. Watching it work along the waterline is pretty satisfying because that part usually takes extra time. The battery lasts long enough to cover my larger pool in a single cleaning session. Changing the cleaning setup takes a little planning since the settings need to be selected while the cleaner is still out of the pool. By the time friends arrive, the pool looks clean and ready for swimming. I get to spend more of my Saturday getting the patio and food ready instead of scrubbing the pool. ... show more

Excellent Wall Climbing Pool Robot That Saves a Lot of Work
After trying several robotic pool cleaners over the years, I've learned that the little details make the biggest difference, and this one gets a lot of them right. The first thing that stood out to me was how easily it handles more than just the pool floor. Watching it climb the walls and scrub along the waterline was something my older cleaner couldn't do very well, and it noticeably reduced the amount of manual brushing I normally have to do. It feels like a well engineered machine with a solid build, and even though it has enough weight to maintain good traction underwater, it isn't difficult to lift out of the pool once the cleaning cycle is finished. The transparent housing is also a nice touch since you can quickly see how much debris has been collected without opening it up. I found the cleaning performance to be excellent, especially with fine dirt, leaves, and small debris that usually settle into the corners of my pool. The dual filtration system seems to capture a surprising amount of material, leaving the water looking much cleaner after each cycle. Battery life has been another strong point because I can clean my entire in ground pool without worrying about running out of power, and the relatively quick recharge means it's ready again sooner than expected. I also like having the option to choose different cleaning modes through the app depending on what the pool needs that day. The app is straightforward to use once it's set up, although you do have to select your cleaning mode before placing the unit in the water. The cordless design makes the whole experience much more enjoyable since there are no floating cables to untangle or drag around the pool. It definitely costs more than basic robotic cleaners, but the extra cleaning capabilities, long runtime, wall climbing performance, and overall convenience make it feel like a worthwhile upgrade for anyone who wants to spend less time maintaining their pool and more time enjoying it. A big help with keeping my dad’s pool clean
I got this for my dad after he accidentally left his old pool robot outside under the deck through the winter and forgot about it lol. He really likes these cleaners because they cut down on the amount of manual brushing and vacuuming he has to do by a LOT. At his age, anything that makes regular pool maintenance easier is a big help. This one has a long enough runtime to cover the pool well, climbs the walls, and does a good job picking up the everyday debris that settles on the bottom. It is not perfect, and there are still occasional spots that need attention, but I would not expect any robot to completely eliminate manual cleaning. Time to fire the poolboy. This thing is awesome.
This is the first automatic cleaner Ive tried. J don't have a baseline to compare it to. I found the weight and size to be what I expected maybe a big heavier than expected. Using the quick setup was very easy. Had it up and running and cleaning as soon as the first charge was done. Yes I followed the manual. Setting up the app and using the app leaves something to be desired. It wasnt super intuitive but I got through it. For me I'll probably just turn the thing on let it go on default and say good nuff. I appreciate there are other options and scheduling and I'm sure people use them but to me it seems kind of bloated and overly complicated. The important part does it clean? Yes. I was surprised how much it managed to collect just using eco mode in about an hour. I retrieved to check the battery life and see how much it had picked up. That's where I found the first problem. The hook provided that you attach to a skimmer pole is very weak and didn't fit well. First attempt pulling the robot out handle came off the pole. Managed to get it the second time. If you have bad knees or similar you will only be able to pull the robot to the top of the water line and may need to kneel or bend to finish taking it out. I've already ordered a better hook and pole and I think that will be beneficial. To be fair I understand the need to control costs but at this price point a better hook should be provided.
