I have a standard inground pool. 20 by 30 with shallow and deep end. This robot can only do about 1/2 of the pool and is unable to map correctly to get the remaining 1/2. It also does poorly in the shallow end. The app glitches and is not used friendly. Extremely disappointed in the product and will be returning it. Not worthy of this price point. Fellow pool owners recommended alternative brands which I will try. ... show more

UPDATE: support was prompt and super helpful and a replacement is on the way! upgraded from the gen 1 to gen 2 robot after cable issues with gen 1 and the new bot came with a broken cable!! shipping was also delayed for a few days. so far no reply from support. will happily update or remove this review if they handle the situation as the gen 1 robot was fantastic. ... show more
