Great Robot and the company stands behind their product
The product is exactly as described. It is quite different from my old Dolphin cleaner. Setup was easy. The application is not great, but it does show the temperature of the water and allows you to stop the cleaning cycle. It will also allow you to schedule cleaning. The 'remote control' part of the application is not great at all. This cleaner cleaned my 14x30 pool in under 2 hours. It is a beast. I did have an issue with the pump not functioning after 1 month. The company only corresponds through email, but after a few emails and sending videos of the malfunction, they sent a replacement robot. The company stands behind their product! DON'T BUY IT
Within 2 weeks the cord went out and we had to wait another 2 weeks to get a new one. Now the baskets keep falling out and it doesnt complete a full cycle and stops with an "Error" because it wont stay flat on the bottom. It keeps popping wheelies and rolling around on the floor like that before shutting down. I will say, product support has been helpful by addressing issues. Easy to set up and use both manually and on app. Does not do a good job of cleaning up fine dirt and debris(need vendor to review screen size as too big?). There is one curved part of the pool between the floor and wall it consistently misses - not sure why this would not be covered as part of the mapping. It does need to run longer than the dolphin I had to complete full pool coverage. Cleans walls and water tiles ok. Rating based on it captures the big stuff but not as good as the dolphin. ... show more

Good cleaner & programmable
Replaced a pentair pool vacum with this about a month ago. So far so good. Can program for cleanings & it does a good job on walls & bottom. I’m happy with it & it was 1/2 the cost of a new pentair prowler. It is a little heavy to pull out of the water for cleaning baskets.

It works for cleaning,but in app, when I click the button "end and return to waterline", the robot moved a little bit then stop there, it didn't return to waterline. I contacted customer support, they quickly resolved my issue

Not worth the money!
We had this unit for 3 months and it started going in circles. The first unit (paid over $600) we bought worked great for 3 months and then it stopped working. We liked the unit but thought it was just a bad unit so we purchased this one (over $1000) and it lasted 3 months as well. We won't purchase another one of these. ... show more

Baskets fall out
I have had the vacuum since July..now three months...the baskets will no stay locked in and the filter baskets drop off in the pool..this is caused by the tabs are not ling enough to stay engaged...what is you fix for this??

Great pool cleaning robot with remote driving feature is cool and comes in handy
This pool cleaner is amazing we purchased atleast 4 battery powered units and they all underperformed. This corded unit has a timer and two catch baskets that allow the machine to only need to be cleaned once or twice a week. The timer is set and we wake up every morning with it already cleaning the pool and it doesnt miss a spot. It doesnt clean our stairs but we sweep off the stairs at night when needed and in the morning it catches all the debris that was on the floor. Just incase you need to sweep the stairs before swimming you just activate the remote control driving feature on the app and drive it over and clean up the mess. We have owned it a month and so far no complaints. This unit deserves a full 5 stars. I dont have to clean the pool anymore. it truley a great pool cleaning robot. We bought it at 599.00 during amazon days and the high demand it has increased in cost quite a bit but its well worth it. Very happy it makes me smile evertime i look at the pool. ... show more
