Don't believe the claims- it does not retain heat properly and does not get hot enough on top to cook a Neapolitan pizza. The claims are just to bait you, and the price seems too enticing, but unfortunately it is just a glorified toaster oven.

This is such a versatile pizza oven and it has many features to offer. What I love the most if the 6 pizza presets where I can make New York style, thin-crust style and bunch of others easily! The oven looks very modern in my kitchen and it's super easy to clean as well. The pizza always tastes great! Love it! It's so easy to use-just plug it in, toss in your toppings, and press start. No complicated settings or waiting for the oven to preheat. The high heat cooks pizza in minutes with a perfect crispy crust and melty chess. I was shocked by how many accessories it came with, including but not limited to dough cutter, recipe book, even a measuring guide. Since it is compact and it it doesn't heat up the whole kitchen, I can use it year around, no matter it's a freezing winter or a hot summer day. No more expensive take out or messy oven baking! Highly recommend it!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this pizza cooker and so far works well and I'M happy with it. The cooker is a solid piece built very well. This cooker is very quiet and has a nice window to view your master piece while everything comes together. It preheats pretty quick and cooks fast and easy to use and definitely worth the money. I highly recommend!!

To prepare the oven for cooking pizza they suggest you heat the oven to 840 degrees and when it beeps, set the timer to 15 minutes . You have to push the timer button and the plus button up to 15 minutes . The oven will then count down tov0 and beep. Than cool down. You actually have to set the 15 minute timer at the time you set the oven to manual. It than will preheat, beep, and automatically count down from15 minutes. The Manuel is inaccurate. Once we figured it out, there was no problem. I almost sent it back until my husband figured out the timer.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Wanted an indoor oven. We’ve tried so many pizzas that failed. Either burnt on the bottom or too doughy. No support available from company. Other ovens on the market that I hear good things Size: Indoor

Very nice oven but I really didn't get the hang of it. The cheese stuck to the pizza block and never did get completely cleaned. I gave the oven to my grandson. I hope he figures it out.
