Why did you pick this product vs others?: Best E Bike it’s built really well as a good weight to it. Only thing I would recommend is having a quick assembly manual other than that my kids and I love it.

1. It said the low height for a rider is 5'4". Only if they have legs up to their belly button. 2. Pain in the rear to assemble, I luckily have some skills and tools many don't and was able to adjust the unaligned parts to barely fit. I’ve had the Eahora Romeo Pro 2 for just under 3 weeks and this bike lives up to all the hype. The ride is smooth and stable, and the power is abundant. The bike has 4 different drive modes. Single front, single rear, dual wheels and high performance dual wheels. In any of the 4 wheel selection this bike has tons of power and lots of speed. On top of incredible performance, the Romeo Pro 2 is one of the best looking e-bikes on the road. Beautiful and balanced design, cables and wiring well wrapped and concealed and the black color with red and gold accents looks oh so good. Always turns heads and gets lots of compliments. I chose the 20” wheel version instead of the 26” because the shorter wheels gives it more of a motorcycle look. I stand 6 feet tall and it’s a comfortable seating and steering position for me. One thing you should be aware of is the Romeo Pro 2 is a heavy bike. Even the shorter 20” wheel model weights in around 140 pounds with about 30 of those pound being the battery alone. But a big battery means super long distance range. On a full charge and riding in pure electric mode,which is really the only way to ride this beast, you’ll get anywhere from 80 to 100+ mile range. The 4 piston hydraulic breaks aren’t just for show, they’re very smooth and have excellent stopping power. This is my second e-bike and in comparison to my first it’s feels like going from an Hyundai to a brand new Lexus. Very happy with this purchase. ... show more

Great bike. Very good build quality. Good brakes, and you will need them as this thing is FAST! Wear a helmet and have a good time. Go buy one of these. I bought the extra rear basket so my wife can take this rock hounding in the Pacific Northwest. I included a pic of it carrying a bucket of rocks, which it can do no problem with its high weight capacity. Also.....GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They helped me setup the bike when i had questions and are very responsive. Edit: I have since bought extra brake pads, and a bike cover from the eAhora. Good stuff. I will likely be buying the rear basket liner next. I can't wait for it to stop raining so I can ride. ... show more

As Ralph Kramden use to say "And here we go". A fool & his money are soon parted. This brings me here. I will come back after the refund is complete for a future update to this post & the rating. I have purchased many items thru Amazon with nary a return, until now/or 7/21/25. Everyone has a 1st time, right. Mine at Amazon is with "eAhora", aka Romeo Pro 3 60 V 80 Ah (mine was dead/DOA) After spending over 4 hrs unboxing & putting together the above product it was..... 2 thumbs down or a complete waste of time. Another 2 hrs of battery charging time (total of 6 hrs+) produced the results of .... zero/zip/zilch/nada/nothing or happy birthday & enjoy. Now I had to get this "etank" to a safe resting spot, pedaling with no battery .... I could NOT pedal more than 1 block. This etank is made for very very very (4.5'-5.2') short legged herculean-dwarf-type folks who can plow thru thick & thin. Leg inseam needed to pedal this ebike: 22-26" inseam, (my best guesstimate). Not for normal everyday type human beings. After 1 block I had to finish walking it. ebike with DOA battery = 176.xx+ lbs. of dead weight. Did I check the battery voltage NOPE (no battery LED indicators either) ebike wiring, NOPE. Not my job, gurlfriend. Price quote from UPS for return shipping of 3 boxes of.... a non-working-defective Romeo Pro 3 ebike: $900.00-$1,000.00 which would includes $2,400.00 of shipping insurance, (I refuse to insure the return the DEAD battery they sent me, value $1,000.00 but only for a "working battery", dead one = worthless). FedEx, price quote will be tomorrow, but my best guess will be similar with the addition of bringing a bar of soap & walking in backw..s. Later on I will leave some excerpts from eAhora/Cici that I feel others need to read so they know they might look forward to or have the desire for a similar experience. Did they even ask or say "We will get you a working battery" NOPE, That equals 2 thumbs down, Cici ! Here is my take, they would send another defective battery & then say, "You have past your ebike return date window, sorry." Note: eAhora website return of a ebike is 15 days, Amazon eAhora makes them honor 30 days return time, Cici !!! Returns: 30-day refund/replacement & eAhora tried their website bull on me of 15 days, NOPE !!! $3,400.00 +$ 300.00 (shipping to me) + $1,000.00 (shipping DOA ebike back) = $4,700.00+ Do I need to call the US Attorney General to get a refund? We will see. Clue, eAhora. I am taking pictures & videos of this DOA ebike you sent me before I pack it up & sent it back for a refund ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love the design, I feel like it’s a Ferrari of E-bike. I ride my bike to work from Cerritos to Downtown LA on San Gabriel river. To be safe if I’m going to pass someone I just slow down it’s a sign of respect and safe ride. I’m 5/4 but if I’m wearing a shoes it works for me. The recommended high on Amazon was 5/6 but still bought it because there is a space in the middle to reach the ground if I’m stopped.
