The media could not be loaded. This bike is amazing. I’ve had this bike a little over a year and have been using it as a daily commute to my job or wherever I want to go. The only downside in my opinion is to try not to bike in the rain or leave the bike in the rain. Freesky support has been amazing when it comes to any issue I’ve had with my bike (rarely any). I put 700+ miles on this bike!! Riding in the snow was definitely my favorite but the battery is still strong, all the functions work, and I’m still continuously able to put more distance on it. When it comes to the tires, they’re strong and resistant to being punctured but still have caution when it comes to any sharp objects on the road but overall the bike is amazing and I would get a second one! The accessories I got (rear view mirrors and basket) I got separately but this is one of the best e-bikes I’ve seen and glad I made it my first choice. Using the PAS 5 you’ll have a max range of around 30-40 miles and your max speed is 30 mph! It gets me exactly where I need to go in a quick time (: ... show more

My 4th ebike in 6 years. 1st one I returned to Walmart (3 days), 2nd one I returned to Amazon (2 weeks). 3rd one I had for 4 years and recently sold it after 7000 miles and 2 sets of tires as it was a great bike. The Freesky is my first of this model and 7 days in, I am quite impressed. Beautiful step thru bike (I'm 75) rides smooth takes small bumps with ease and large bumps are still dampened (great shocks). Accelerates to 30 mph with extra power (90 Neuton Meters) and the upgraded hydraulic brakes stop fast and smooth. Can't believe it arrived to Texas in less than 7 days after ordering and biggest surprise, no damage and very few adjustments needed (everything was tightened to specs). No scratches, no dents. Love the power, brake light and turn signals. Battery is 56v and 25 amps. Averaging 70 miles between charging but I'm also opening it up to max speed just for the fun of it (hold right blinker until it flashes 99 and that unlocks it). This is the third eBike that I have purchased in the past year and a half. There are some things about this bike, which are absolutely the best especially for female riders. However, the firmware in the advanced settings lack maturity and configurability. Some of the settings don't work at all or do anything when you make changes. My other two eBikes are way more configurable and the settings do what they are supposed to do. ... show more

I just love this bike. Suspension, fast delivery. Pretty easy to assemble. Fast. Long battery life. Throttle a little tight but a learning curve. They are heavy. Not a light bike. Did I say fast! Super good looking, seat comfortable. Steering precise. Color as picture. Make sure if your order basket package, they send. Mine did not but as an apology they send front and back basket, so great customer service. I got two! My husband is taller, it is really meant for a smaller person. I'm 5'2. I bought the Rocky Pro 2 recently and it is a very fun ebike to own. It's made with great quality and is quite durable. I recently took it for a 3 hour ride through dirt and rough trails and when we were done it still had 93% battery left. I was very impressed how much the battery retained its charge. Here is my ebike with mirrors and a phone holder. I want to talk about the customer service also. My bike came with a faulty starter button, but Freesky sent me a new starter assembly right away.     • Fast great quality but somewhat heavy.

Very durable and fast bike. It goes as fast as advertised 31 MPH. It is very solid bike. The only downfall is that the bike is heavy and my wife is unable to ride it without power support but overall I am very pleased with the quality.
