The media could not be loaded. This is a really good drone and packs a ton of features and options to help drone operators from beginner to pro level. To start, this drone comes with everything required for first flight and beyond. There are extra batteries, cables etc. and comes with a very well constructed carrying bag. Getting started is very easy with great explanation videos and instructions. Now to flying, this is very stable drone all one touch operations. Getting off and landing can be done via App and Remote. Both worked seamlessly. Getting some advance features like return back based on GPS and speed controls were great. Finally video/photo capabilities, recording videos on this drone is a breeze, video is very very stable thanks to sophisticated gimbal setup which can be controlled via remote/app. Getting videos off of drone is all wireless and it also supports SD card. One thing that I am need to learn is advance maneuvers to take off and land. In summary this is perfect first time drone for people looking at other more expensive ones in same price category. We’ve owned this drone for about 3 weeks and it is fantastic! The picture quality is perfect, the remote is very user friendly for a beginner and very responsive, and battey life is about 30-35 min per battery. We had some issues when we received our original order, but we contacted the seller and they were very quick to respond and had great communication with us to make sure we were satisfied. This drone lives up to its potential. It’s large and in charge. All my other drones are smaller but this one goes higher and has more features than they do. Very good buy for the money.

I truly did no want to return this drone. The start up software was easy and I was flying within minutes after fully charging the batteries. This was my third drone and I felt ready to graduate to a higher quality. Within 30 seconds of liftoff the drone started to drift away from me. I pushed the return to base button. The drone started to rise. I thought it would come back to me the way it came but it started to rise into some nearby trees. I pushed the joystick down to land and the drone crashed into the ground breaking the front left prop leg. The seller was very responsive and sent me a free replacement within 3 days. I installed the new part and went to an area without the chance of hitting obstacles. After flying for 45 minutes I concluded that I had little confidence in flying this drone. I returned it. The seller contacted me in an effort to satisfy me. This is the first time I have ever communicated with any Amazon seller other than through email. He was cordial, informative and eager to get to the root of the problem. Because the seller cared enough to reach out via emails and then a personal call I will absolutely consider purchasing from this seller again. 5 stars for good intent and communicating with the buyer and...I am not sure about the drone yet.     • The drone loses control.
I was able to use the drone for no more than 7 hours. Several times it flew in an elliptical fashion without me having to search for it. The last time it did and fell silent but I couldn't find it. I do not recommend buying this drone.

The media could not be loaded. This drone is value for money, good quality, durability and good video quality. I had an accident when I was trying out the follow me features so I reached out to Allen from BingChat and he was very professional he assisted me and gave a replacement parts. I highly recommend BingChat Drones. Their customer service is excellent. Please note before you try out any features or even basic flight make sure you are in a large open area and remember the obstacles avoidance only work when you fly left and right and front and back. It doesn't protect the drone when going up or going down so make sure you have enough clearance when taking off and landing. Remember to calibrate the drone and make sure it's in GPS mode with strong signal before taking off. ... show more

Arrived in fair shape, cover off of camera. Two batteries, no chargers. Manuals poorly translated. Took several tries due to lack of clear instructions before first flight. Flew smoothly, camera video is slow and freezes up. Sensor on top is not fastened and comes off freely. It was a joy to fly otherwise. Batteries take hours to charge using usb plugs. Will do third flight today to test batteries and other functions. After talking with support, manual has been re-written and is available. ... show more
