This is an amazing little tool. It's not the quickest but it does so much for the money. I have the Verus and Autel 908. The Launch has so many more capabilities then the Snap-on. I’ve used this product on a few different cars. Bought it because I needed something to bleed an abs pump. Works great for that and many other things. Does a lot of stuff I don’t even understand on it. Definitely a good purchase. Haven’t had any issues with it. Case is heavy duty as is the phones protector that it comes with. Glad I purchased it. Haven’t had to deal with customer service about it so that’s why it doesn’t have a height review in that area ... show more

I was excited for the item but once received it felt cheap to me Poor camera Lots of things I really didnt need, I really just wanted the software and thought "Why do I need all this extra stuff" so I returned it. Why have "Another" device we have so many already in life, so I looked around and got the THINKDIAG instead with the same software but could just use my own device to save on the astronomical cost of cheap hardware I felt I got with this. ... show more

I have had many scan tools over the years as a professional technician. This time I decided to try a different brand than the usual Snap on and Mac/OTC. I looked into Autel and Launch. They don't really explain very well what the tools do or do not do? I really liked the size of the Launch Diagun. The price was very good in comparison to most other brands. It activated with no problems and works very well. It seems like the scanner companies are upselling their scanners based on hardware not software. So the X431 platform works across all devices. I'm not 100 percent on that. I know the more expensive scanners brag that they have bigger and better displays. Faster processors etc. I don't care about that stuff. Does it do the job? YES. I am very happy and would not hesitate to buy the Launch X431 Diagun again. ... show more
