7/7/23 Update: After disassembling the unit I found no leaks at all. I discovered that the adapter to a replacement high pressure hose was actually the culprit, and the leak appeared to be coming from within the housing, which wasn't the case. I still have not put the pressure washer to use, so I actually don't know how well it performs, but everything looks in order and so I changed the rating to 5 stars. If something changes I'll be back with another update. Original review: I tested this pressure washer right after I received it and it worked okay, however I planned to ditch the hose and sprayer for something better. Two months later I finally used the unit and a significant water leak occurred internally, making it inoperable. I plan to take it apart and see if there's a simple fix, but regardless, after one short test this shouldn't happen. Do not buy! ... show more

Everything about the Rock "N" Rocker has been better than I ever imagined. I think that it may be because I have had 2 budget electric pressure washers in the recent past. My first Electric Pressure washer was the Bauer from Harbor Freight for $189.00 (it was actually pretty good until the hose blew a hole in it) and the second was the Zhuolin Electric pressure washer cost $169.00 (this pressure washer was a complete disappointment from the moment I opened the box until I dropped it off at the return desk at UPS. Just opening the box I recognized that the unit was heavier that the other 2 pressure washers I previously owned. The unit was pretty much fully assembled, all I had to do was slip a couple of holders on the hose holder on and push the wheels into place... 1 minute set up. I immediately put the washer to work. I appreciated how stable the pressure washer is on 4 wheels. I was washing my car on my sloped driveway and was able to lock the wheels so the washer stayed in place while I was working. The first thing I really appreciated was the hose was durable and long enough to reach all of the way around my Camaro with out having to move the Pressure Washer itself. The nozzle holder holds each of the tips very tightly and there is no worry about them falling off and getting lost. the Foam Cannon is small but hold enough soap to was an entire car or pick up truck. The handle extends for easy movement. The on and off switch is large and easy to operate even with wet and soapy hands. The electric cord is very long and eliminates the need of an extension cord in most situations, it has a heavy duty with a built in GFCI breaker in it. My only dislike with the unit is the connection for the hose. It is plastic and I can not get it not to leak. I am afraid that if I crank it down tight enough, I will break the fitting itself. If this were a brass connection, I would not have this worry. Honestly I would pay the extra cost to know that I had a fitting that I was confident wouldn't brake. Not a big enough issue to not recommend this pressure washer... Just a note to the manufacturer. BEST BUDGET PRESSURE WASHER ON AMAZON! I bought the PLUS model for $120 I thought the extended handle was worth the extra $15 buck. I think the PRO model is actually the same pressure washer with out the handle. ... show more

The Rock & Rocker power washer isn't the most powerful but it still did a great job. Unfortunately that only lasted for about 2 weeks until it stopped working all together. The manual says it will replace the plug if after trouble shooting (which I did) it still does not work. I called the company several times and a recording makes you leave a mesage but they never call back (still waiting on my call back from last week). I asked for replacement from Amazon but the dealer only offers a refund. I shipped the product back and I'm waiting on my refund. Since then I purchased a Paxcess Power Washer. It is more powerful and looks a little better but it only lasted 2 days!! The High Pressure hose burst on my second use so I guess 2 weeks of the Roch & Rocker wasn't as bad as I thought! (I still wouldn't buy it again though) ... show more
