It was a pain to put together with confusing instructions. The pressure hose spindle holder has zero instructions and was a major pain to wrap tightly coiled hose around it. After getting it together, it worked and sounded great.

Works well, I've used it for car washing and spraying off my patio (cement) and such. Does the job. I'll keep it 5 stars for now for good value and how it functions but I will drop the rating if it doesn't hold up or (break) it is mostly plastic...

It did the job, but I think the 3500 psi might only be fully recognized (if that) when using the most narrow spraying tip. I used the orange tip and held it closer to the surfaces to clean away the NW winter mold and moss. The finished job was acceptable. This unit is good for home use. Out of the box some assembly is required. That part was easy, but I was concerned the wheel handle was backwards until I discovered that the handle was hinged, which is great for storage purposes. My coworker bought one of these on my recommendation. Side note...I used a metal folding chair to sit and spray or to relieve my lower back stress while working, which helped immensely.

I really like everything about the power washer, and I don't know alot about water pressure and how to understand all the numbers given but I'm a little disappointed that I can't get a good pressure for cleaning unless I stand no farther than 18" away from surface. It is better than my old one that you had to be no farther away than 8"

The washer arrived and was easy to assemble. The only odd part was the instructions were unclear as to how to remove the wand from the handle to exchange out with the soap dispenser. Simply pushing in on the item was the trick, not really described in the instructions. Once figured out, it is extremely easy to do. The operation of the pressure washer is quiet, and it works very well. My first projects were to clean 2 cars and a motorcycle which were in dire need of washing. Worked perfectly. Next projects will be to clean our cedar deck and some cement walkways around the gardens, and then some house cleanup on the exterior. We bought the Orange version, which is less money than the lime green casing, but exactly the same machine, and am thrilled with the savings. A great value in a reasonably priced pressure washer, with a higher nozzle pressure than most for the same or more money.

The thing stopped working just like that one day. No warning, shut it off one day and the next time I went to use it it was dead. Lasted about a year.

Updated review- After submitting my review, Winnie from Paxcess Customer Service reached out to me offering to give me a full refund or send me a new power washer. I selected to have a new power washer sent out and it was received in about 6 days. I am completely pleased with the way this companies customer service worked they are 5 stars! Original Review- Out of the box water started running out of the hose. The spray wand was scratched up also so it could not have been a new machine. While using, the machine shuts off frequently. When working the foam sprayer works well and the power is good.
