It was easy to screw into the existing light socket and I finally figured out how to get it to connect to my wifi. Then it needed a Device Firmware Update and I had no clue how to complete this.     • Just plain junk. A moving rotating dummy camera
Does not work. Is written in Chinese or some other Asian language. Does not connect to the Wi-Fi no matter what you do. And the broadcast is a unsecure. The base was broken and twisted and it's made out of real cheap metal finally got it unbent and screwed in just to see that it doesn't work. It came on is sending a signal it turns and rotates but it does not connect so I can't control it ... show more

Plus, you need a magnifying glass to read the instructions. Nobody could really see that unless you were Superman, but I gave it away. They brought it back they couldn’t get it to work so I tried again I still couldn’t get it to work so then I gave it away again and I don’t have any answers on the final person that got it.. it’s such a pain to do a refund and to have to find your local UPS store and if you don’t have a working printer, you gotta find somebody to print your stuff out half the time it was just better to give it away. ... show more

Please do not purchase. You will be forced to give all your credit card information but they say you will not be charged. Instead you are charged $1.95 to fish your account. You will end up like so many of us who have to cancel their cards and put a stop payment on a subscription then file a claim. Your money will go to several people outside the US. Like me, you are unable to sign-in to cancel or given a phone number for customer service. Search Tudum ratings. You will be shocked, SHOCKED. This product is horrible. Could never get to connect, instructions were not clear, horrible communication with seller. Seller never answered in regards to product. Technical support was no help. Even after the replacement still didn't work. Had to return it.

    • Have credit card in hand if you want to use it.
Instructions are tiny. When you finally get online with it, then they want your credit card info and your first born. Sent it back. They could also have the directions where you don't need a magnifying glass to read them. Will get a ring ring instead.
