I’ve used RoKu, my smart tv, Xbox, fire tv, and chrome tv. Apple is simply my favorite. It is reliable. Roku is good, but I have internet connectivity issues with wifi. Must reset often. Fire tv is ok, but not the best interface. Chrome tv is like my smart tv. I hate the interface and it has constant wifi connectivity issues. Apple 4K is flawless and fast. Real fast when compared to all others. Is it worth the premium? For me yes. I am willing to pay for quality and reliability on my main tv. In the bedrooms or on other auxiliary tv’s you can use the others. Those are Cheaper alternatives that do the job. However, be prepared to reset often, slow interface, and getting annoyed. Apple TV is the latest and yes, greatest. It has everything you need for a top of the line user experience. Outstanding 4K with HD10+, imax, and Dolby Vision. Oh, I also like the simplistic remote. I use it over my Logitech hi-tech Harmony remote. One reason, the Logitech remote is buggy too. Oh yes, The marvel of modern day electronics. They aren’t perfect, but I love ‘em.

Pros: Sleek 4K HDR10+ Dolby Atmos Sound Siri A15 Bionic Chip Streamlined App Interface Cons: No USB Ports What I received in the package: 1 x APPLE TV 4K 1 x Remote 1 x Power Cable 1 x User Manual This APPLE TV 4K product is magnificently packaged just like all Apple products. This is a refurbished unit. But it looks perfect and brand new from the packing to the Apple TV to the remote. It looks brand new … not a scratch or blemish. This is my third Apple TV. Being a Mac user … I lean towards Apple for most of my toys. This Apple TV is quick, responsive and the interface beats any other I have tried. I have tried the Fire TV, Roku, and other streaming products. But I still stick with the Apple TV for a couple of reasons. First, it is just cleaner. The icons and setup are just more user friendly IMO. The unit keeps track where you are in your shows. I just appreciate the cleaner look. Also, it does not have the ads that products like the Fire TV have. I also appreciate that Apple has not sold out for that … yet. The setup was easy and cleverly pulled all the apps in that I currently use from my other Apple TVs. The remote has moved to the metal case. Which is great as for my older one. The first time my grandson touched it it cracked and broken. Still worked but just looked like junk. The only negative I have about the remote is that it is too sensitive. I appreciate you taking the time to read this. All in all, I love this Apple TV. The picture and sound are excellent and it exceeded my expectations. Hope this information was helpful. [5 Stars]

I spent years with a fire TV and after it failed on me and the support basically told me they couldn't do anything I decided I would switch to the Apple TV and I wish I had done it sooner I am so happy with the performance and all of the features. It's by far the best streaming device on the market. The ability to play games and switch between watching youtube or any other streaming app is so quick and flawless. Plus the ability to screen share with my iphone and share stuff between all my devices, this is an easy win EDIT: bought in November, now it’s April. The audio started to glitch out and become delayed every time I tried to watch anything, since it was under warranty Apple replaced it but I had to go into the store once for them to confirm and order replacement and then again to pickup the replacement a couple days later. Now after getting it setup, the old remote they made me keep will not pair, will not factory reset, will not respond other than volume. Waiting for customer service now but I am annoyed with this inconvenience that’s lasted a week now. Taking off a star
