Whether you have an old TV or just a TV with a slow system, the Fire sticks are a great buy. I specifically like this generation (the Fire Stick Lite) due to its budget pricing as well as the Alexa voice remote. Having a voice assistant at the touch of a button while operating a TV makes it easier for our family to navigate from one app to another, whether it be my elderly mother or young daughter. The Fire TV OS is also quite intuitive, though I would say some other TV OS, like Apple TV, are better (it does come with a much higher price tag, however). Overall, for the money you are paying, this is an excellent product for your home.

I just got this Firestick today! It was so easy to set up. I was working with an old Roku 3500x stick from 2014. It was so slow and lacked many apps. I just wouldn't let go! I was way past due for an updated device. Instead of a Roku, I decided to try this Firestick,because of the great price! It is awesome! It has totally updated my old Hisense TV.

I bought this Fire TV Stick Lite to use with a 2000's vintage plasma TV that had no built-in Wi-fi or "smart TV" capability. It does have HDMI inputs and that's all you need to plug the Fire Stick in to. Setup was easy and it connected to my Wi-fi network without issues. For less than $20 this breathes new life into an old TV. Highly recommended!

I had an earlier version that stopped working very well. I upgraded to this one. Easy to install no buffering and this one remote controls my TV volume also. It includes all you need to connect to the TV. Very pleased with the purchase.
