This is a sturdy, beautiful furniture piece that I believe will last decades and even survive a couple moves if treated nicely. Warning, it is heavy and requires at least 2 people to carry when it arrives in it's seal packaging. The dresser was packaged very well and did not come damaged whatsoever. What's more, the hardware (handles, screws, instructions) were all securely stored in plastic casings inside the drawers where they were taped down to prevent sliding and thus internal damaged to any of the wood. Only complaint is that the two top drawers were the only drawers to come with velvet /suede linings on the bottom. I would have liked to see all drawers come lined with this protection, but I will not deduct a start for this since the product is beautiful and fantastically made! ... show more

Love this dresser and the fact that it arrived completely assembled and packaged/wrapped really well. Whoever takes care of that does a really good job so kudos to the level of consideration. I’m usually skeptical about assembled furnitures because they often come damaged during shipment or handling. Not the case with this one. It took us a while just to open and unwrap everything. The only thing we needed to do was to reverse install the drawer handles. The dresser looks sophisticated and feels pretty sturdy and well made. Not sure if it’s totally worth the price tag but we’ll see how long it lasts. This replaced an old dresser of ours that’s falling apart and definitely added some character to the room. ... show more

Great chest of drawers that is made with wood, dovetailed and looks very classy. The wood wasn't as thick as I thought it would be, which is why I didn't give it five stars. But overall this chest of drawers is solid and should last me a while (I'm notorious for stuffing my drawers full, which I'm trying not to do this time around). Anyway, it arrived in a box, delivered in one piece, all I had to do was put the handles on. This is a beautiful chest of drawers and it was so easy to order, set up and get it delivered. This dresser is GREAT; other than it being a beast for the poor delivery guy to haul up my narrow staircase and being a little tough to get out of the box (watch out - there are wood planks in the bottom of the box for support), this is an awesome dresser. It comes assembled, looks gorgeous and high-quality, and so far as been a great piece of furniture for my bedroom. The top 2 drawers are even lined with black fabric (like you would find in a jewelry box)...I think the purpose is to use these for jewelry. I don't use them for that purpose, but still - cool! The dresser arrived assembled, the back of the dresser has a thin carboard that was broken away from the screws and the drawers wouldn't completely shut. We took the backing off the back and there is a broken piece that is preventing the drawers from shutting. The wood is very thin and the backing is pieced together with different pieces of wood instead of one solid piece of plywood!!! I paid $746 total for this dresser thinking it would be better quality than the others advertised on Amazon for $300-$400, my mistake!! This product is poor, cheap quality and their customer service is just as bad. We contacted the seller, Coaster, and after 2 days they opened a ticket and then never responded. One week later they responded saying sorry for the delay, this was after I said I was going to return it and review their product, then they closed the ticket telling me to contact Amazon. I am so incredibly angry and frustrated. ... show more

This dresser was beautiful. I was more than satisfied. It looked better in person that I could have imagined. I was a little nervous to order online without previewing item first but I was pleasantly surprised. The item arrived with great packaging and not a flaw on it. I love the design of the woodgrain. I was afraid it would look cheap but instead looks quite expensive. I also bought the matching nightstands which are also great and make my room look like a showroom. ... show more

This is a great dresser. Looks just as pictured. It's not overly huge and has nice clean solid lines so it doesn't overpower even my small room. Drawers are perfectly aligned and slide nicely. It came in a BIG box, fully assembled, so make sure you have someone available to help get it into the house (my freight driver was nice enough to help). There is an enormous amount of packaging, but that's all to the better to ensure a safe delivery. Packaging is mostly cardboard (with a bit of Styrofoam here and there and a lot of packing tape) so it's mostly recyclable. All in all, I am very pleased. ... show more
