I originally received a defective Apple iPad Pro (12.9-inch, 6th Generation, 2022) that unfortunately did not function properly. However, I contacted the seller, Chrome Source, and they quickly made things right by replacing it with an upgraded model at no additional cost. The replacement iPad arrived in excellent condition and has been performing flawlessly. The device is fast, responsive, and everything works exactly as expected. I was especially impressed with the seller's commitment to customer satisfaction and willingness to go above and beyond to resolve the issue. While it was disappointing to receive a defective unit initially, the outstanding support and upgraded replacement more than made up for it. I would not hesitate to purchase from Chrome Source again. It is exactly how as advertised. While I was looking to purchase Ipad Pro I had some must have features on my list. The first one was 12.9 Pro - 1 TB minimum - Wifi + Cellular. It is because, 1TB and 2 TB models have 16gb ram. It is more important than some people realize. I wanted to share my thoughts after couple months of usage. And it is excellent. I have ditched my old laptop. For me Ipad works great. Office work - mail, pdf, google docs and many other reading tolls and apps just on point for me. The day I ordered mine. I have also purchased paperlike screen protector + 100w usb c charger + usb hub as well. I connect my mouse and other devices to my ipad. The product i got has moderate about battery life. It could be better. When I purchased it I took pictures which you can see how it looks. And you will see the very small scratches on the device. I am currently using without case or cover. It is actually has some scratches from day to day usage. I actually recommend to buy a case. Durability is great. The device looks awesome. Screen is great. There is no imperfections on it. Weight is very light. I just simply grab and go. The speed of device is excellent for my usage. I am not looking to get new Ipad soon.

Excellent product. It was in like new condition. Not a single scratch or dent or anything. Checked the battery life with coconut battery and I got it at 88% battery health. I would have preferred over 90 but it was close enough and the price was excellent. Very happy with this purchase.

I don’t know what iPad product this is. But the first red flag was when the volume buttons were flip flopped. Meaning the volume up and down are in the opposite order But all of a sudden the iPad will no longer charge. I have had this product since December 2025.. it is July 17th and it’s officially will not charge anymore. If this is the case this vendor should be skeptically checked and vetted before buying anything from them. My window to return is done. So I’m left with an iPad that doesn’t work. Sure, you can probably do anything computer related at 20 or 50 years of age, but for a lady at 79, it may be more of a challenge. I bought a keyboard and case for my new iPad Pro 12.9 and I hated the keys, the connecting stuff and even more, the way the keyboard slipped away from the IPad each time I typed on it. When my husband complained about the same thing I returned the keyboard. Then I called Apple and spent on hour on the IPad talking with their rep about the best keyboard for the money I was willing to spend. Did you know that Apple sells Logitech keyboards for those customers that are “broke” after spending a bundle on the IPad Pro itself? :) Well, if Apple sells Logitech keyboards then they must work really well with the Apple IPad. The representative suggested the Logitech Combo for my needs. So I hopped over to Amazon, on my IPad of course, found the Logitech Combo there for a good amount less than Apple… sorry Apple, and in 2 days I was back in business with a wonderful IPad Pro 12.9 cover and keyboard, made by Logitech. As you can see in my video above, (the last picture,) it takes literally a second to connect and there is no fussing with programs or steps on how to make the keyboard compatible. I did not have to do ANYTHING in order to combine the two technologies or software. Nothing!!! I had spent about an hour setting up the other keyboard once it was connected. I had to call the company and even then it was a struggle before it connected program-wise to everything properly. With the Logitech Combo, I pushed the IPad into the cover, touched the bottom of the cover to the Logitech Combo keyboard and POOF! I was connected. One second to connect and that was it! No calls to Apple or Logitech. No mumbling under my breath. No time spending hours making sure all systems were a go as I had to with the other company’s keyboard and cover. I know I am repeating this but, with the Logitech set I had to do NOTHING ELSE AT ALL! I got the “cloth” looking covered combo. It’s a beige gray color and it’s plastic, so I can wipe it if it ever shows dirt. I am an artist and cartoonist so I use the iPad for a lot of creativity. Being able to lay the screen almost flat makes it easier to draw if I want to keep it attached to the keyboard. That was really important to me. I use an Apple Pencil and it works perfectly with the Logitech keyboard and stays put, with magnetics, to the Logitech cover. I was dreading the ordeal of making sure the combination worked together, as it took so long, and was so darn complicated, with the other company’s product. It shocked me to see how quick and easy the connection was, using the Logitech and Apple technology. It might sound like I am a saleswoman for the two companies. Nope. Just so satisfied that I had to share what I learned! It is not a cheap combo. But it isn’t the most expensive either, and when you have two products that work perfectly together it’s a good marriage.

It came on time Screen protector was installed The battery charged to 100% Was not charged when it got delivered Face ID , no Touch ID cellular data works I have service with T mobile Right now I’m using it for WiFi I have not noticed any scratches on the body, there is just a couple of small scratches on the screen It works as if I bought it brand new It came with a 20 watt charger and a USB C cord If you use a 25 watt or 30 watt fast charger with this iPad Pro you can charge it to 100% in 2 hours and 35 minutes The hours this iPad was used to test battery life was when it was used connected to WiFi only I have not tested the battery life with this iPad using cellular data It was shipped with UPS The advertised battery life band new is 10 hours I bought it renewed excellent, and I got 9 hours and 1 minute with 8 percent of battery life left unused And that’s by watching movies and tv shows non stop by using safari browser, and regular apps And that’s With the screen brightness, and volume set at 60 percent So for a renewed iPad Pro 13 inch 6th generation that’s pretty good I highly recommend it I will update this review later.
