It’s great I’m so happy with my purchase great condition everything came in the box no missing parts or equipments no problems I love all the varieties of the accessibilities that the iPad offer and when your on messages instead of typing you can write what you want to say and it will appear but you still can type on the regular keyboard if you prefer I also love that you get to draw and it’s is really nice and relaxing to do its easy to set up the purple isn’t as purple as light as I thought it would be but it’s still great plus I’m getting a purple case with a detachable keyboard for it. I purchased this ipad for my business, for employee use. The employee abruptly left my employment and did not remove his phone number, apple ID, and "find my iphone" from the product. Though I provided Apple with a receipt from Amazon for the purchase, they will not unlock the ipad for another employee to use until I can provide a receipt between this seller and Amazon. This seller is unhelpful, telling me they don't keep records beyond 90 days and are unable to provide any document that proves to Apple they are an authorized reseller through Amazon. Buyer beware. If you buy a refurbished, unlocked unit from this seller for business use, it's a gamble. If that employee quits after putting their personal information into the ipad, you'll have a very expensive paperweight. It is my opinion that if you sell refurbished, authorized, unlocked Apple devices, you should have some way of proving to Apple that purchases are legitimate. ... show more

I got this and love it so far, no issues but it arrived with this awful sticker right on the back. I got a skin to cover my iPad and personalize it, was planning stickers and cute fun things!! Now my iPad looks like a library rental 😭 and if I peel it off it ruins the sticker and I’m not sure I could even place the sticker on a 3x5 card to keep for my records. I’m really sad that Iv got an iPad that I can’t personalize or use the way I wanted to. Im not even sure what I would use to clean it at this point even if I do decide to forgo any kind of warranty. 🥺 I’m just really bumming. ... show more
