This faucet was really easy to install once I got the old, corroded faucet off, that was harder than I thought because the connecting fasteners were so rusted! If your old faucet has been in place for a while, plan on it taking some effort to get out, as things corrode and get stuck! Once everything from the old faucet was disconnected and removed, this faucet went in quickly. It comes with pre-attached hoses that connected directly to my water valves, and one large plastic nut tightens the faucet down to the sink. It works well, the faucet lever has a great feel to it, solid, not "floppy," has some resistance to it but not an excessive amount, just enough to feel well built and solid and accurate. It stays put where you set it as far as setting the water temperature and flow. The spray head has a switch to go between stream and spray and a button that pauses flow when held in, all work well. The switch on the faucet head to switch between spray and stream just flops around and doesn't "click" into place when the faucet is turned off, but when water is running, the switch will click into place and stay put just fine. IT apparently needs water pressure to stay in place. The only thing that feels kind of cheap is that the faucet arm itself (the big main inverted "U" shaped arm) is a bit wobbly at the base and doesn't feel completely solid, but at this price point it's to be expected that It won't be as solid as a $250 Delta brand faucet, but it's less than 20% of that price too! It works well and seems well built enough that it will last for a while, perhaps not as long as a very expensive faucet, but you could replace it 3 times and still have saved money compared to the cost of a premium faucet! For the price it's very nice and well made, you have to keep in mind what it cost and not compare it to a faucet costing 5 times as much! Of course it won't be quite the same quality. The stream of water is a bit narrower than I expected (compared to my old faucet) but it flows well and will fill up a glass quickly. I think my old faucet had an aerator that made the water stream look wider and this faucet may not have one. The spray setting is powerful and hoses off dishes well, it's powerful enough that it can splash on the counter or wall if you're not careful! Overall a very nice faucet considering the price and I am happy with it. If it was priced at $150 I would be disappointed a bit, but at this price point I was surprised that it's as well made as it is! A good value for the price. ... show more

I bought this to install in my lil RV. It was super easy to install, just two water lines. Fit in the sink hole pretty easily. The wand is nicely built with a button for spray or off. Packaging was nice, it was all foam cutout. All the parts were included with little manual. I couldn't believe the price to quality ratio. Very very nice for the price. I was skeptical about purchasing this faucet at first because the price was so affordable and there are similar faucets that were much more expensive. I thought there had to be something wrong with it but I took a chance anyway and I was pleasantly surprised. The quality is good and it works perfectly. We used the instructions included and also watched a video on how to put it together and my husband went to work. Installation was quick, less than an hour to remove the old faucet and install the new one. It works perfectly and the sprayer retracts like it’s supposed to as long as you have the weight in the right spot. I would recommend buying this product. ... show more

I bought this to replace a less than 2 years old Price-Pfister faucet that has a similar design which has basically failed (swivel has locked up). The PF faucet cost $130 at Home Depot. This faucet was under $30 at the time. The operation is butter-smooth and it swivels and the pullout works excellent. The sprayer has a reasonable water pressure and can be modulated closely, unlike the PF faucet and another we had which was so overpowered that spraying would drench everything in the vicinity with splashback. There is an innovative cutoff button on the pullout that stops the flow, so you can set a water temperature and then carry the sprayer outside the sink to rinse things. Build quality is visually excellent. Installation was quite easy and the mounting nut is tool-free (just hand tighten a plastic cylinder attached to the nut) which is surprisingly very solid. ... show more
