The media could not be loaded. Item came in a nice protected box, with an aftermarket charger that works great. Laptop in great condition. Battery life is good, no cracks on the screen

The specs on this computer are great for the price, but I had to replace the battery within 6 months. It was still a pretty good deal though. My main complaint is lack of ports for components.
