I used these 3-inch full range speakers to replace the old speakers in my Bluetooth speaker, and they turned out to be a great little upgrade for a DIY project. The speakers have a 3-inch diameter, 4-ohm impedance, and 20W rated power, making them a good match for small amplifiers and DIY audio projects. This is a great price on a set of 3" full range speakers. These are perfect for building a small audio project such as a small boom box or the like. I haven't quite figured out what project I'm going to use these on yet, but inspiration will strike and these will be ready. I tested them out on a 1002T mini amp and they sounded really good, especially not mounted in a baffle of some sort. Once they're in a tuned box, they should function and perform very nicely. Both speakers measured out at exactly 4 ohms. I do have one of those old inexpensive all in one old timey looking stereos and I think these will fit the openings nicely.....These may be just the ticket! These are only rated at 20W max power, so be careful with the volume button, and no need to seek out a power supply with huge amperage. OK, so let's be realistic here. These aren't 15" Cerwin Vega woofers, and they aren't going to pound out enough bass on the back porch for the entire neighborhood to hear....so don't expect that. But if you're wanting to put together something neat for your desktop, these might be just what you're looking for. And they're a tremendous value for what you're getting here. Grab a set and let your imagination run wild!

Super impressed with these little speakers. I'm using them to replace the single 8 Ohm 1W speaker on my breadboard synth, and I regret waiting so long to get these wired up! Obviously they are better speakers than my previous mono configuration, but these have a surprising amount of low end. The audio is crisp and clear and also have less interference/background noise than the previous speaker I was using. Size is decent. They are pretty thick but have some decent power behind them. Setup was a breeze and the positive and negative terminals are clearly labeled. Overall, loving these speakers. I have been tinkering with this breadboard synth for a few months now, and these speakers have made it so much more fun to play with. Two of these for the price is a really good value. These things are great. 👍

These are pretty basic paper cone speakers. They're 4 ohm 20 watt speakers with the standard ferrite ring magnets. They're decent for DIY projects but they're heavy and the paper cones are sensitive to moisture.

These are pretty good sounding 3" speakers. I wanted to make a small Bluetooth box just to carry with me in the golf cart, and these worked really well. They were small enough to make a small speaker, but loud enough to actually be useful. These speakers were inexpensive to experiment with and were compatible with my small 12v amp. I was able to set my adjustments where they didn't clip, but still put out a good amount of volume. So far I have been very impressed with the sound quality from these little speakers.
