Received the dehumidifier for my basement due to the high humidity. I was disappointed in the size of the machine but after 8 hours of use I noticed a big difference. There’s less dampness in the basement. The machine is small , I thought it would be larger and the water well is smaller than I expected.

My husband recently bought this Bicepos dehumidifier for our guest room in the basement, and it’s been fantastic. It kicks out moisture super fast—up to 30 pints a day—so the room feels noticeably drier within hours. The adjustable humidity setting and auto-shutoff are great; set it and forget it. I love how quiet it runs and that it rolls easily on casters. More importantly, no more water tank empties - thanks to the included drain hose. The touch panel is intuitive, and the child lock is a nice bonus. Bottom line: it works exactly as it should—efficient, reliable, and low maintenance. Highly recommend for any humid room or basement!

This dehumidifier is absolutely amazing. It s small, but very efficient and has pulled so much water out of the air in our basement. One of my favorite features is the child lock. My previous dehumidifier, a big brand that I will not mention, did not have a child lock. So many times I would’ve come home from work to see the unit turned off or the humidity level turned up because the kids were playing around with it. Not with this unit! If you are looking for a new dehumidifier, I recommend this one. You will not be disappointed.

Worked great at first and was initially impressed with the power of this unit for its size. However within only six months of use the machine began to freeze up on the back. We tried every remedy (i.e. making sure air filter was clean, giving it plenty of space from any surrounding walls, etc.) but still the unit completely freezes up within only a few hours of use rendering it completely useless.

Love this machine. We bought one because our ac was struggling to pull the moister out of the air. We do live in florida and it's an older ac unit. It beeps when it is full so you can change it out. We loved it soo much we bought a 2nd one for the kids hallway. It is easy to use, adjust the humidity level and easy to move around and get it to the perfect spot. Really easy to empty the canister as you just pull it out, dump it and push it back in. The only draw back......we just didn't realize how much humidity we had in the house!!! The 2 humidifiers have been working for a month now and we are very happy with the results.
