I’ve been using parchment paper for years when I bake almost everything. It allows for quick cleanup, and food never sticks to it The problem with rolled parchment paper is it’s a pain to work with. That’s where these sheets are much better! Quick and easy to just lay them on the baking sheet, without having to fight with the annoying roll up that other paper has I keep these sheets right next to the baking sheets. These are as advertised: pre-cut nonstick parchment baking sheets. Well packaged and easy to use. Unfortunately, they are just a little (1/4-1/2 inch) shorter than my half sheet pans, so I don’t get full coverage. This is not always a problem, unless I’m baking something very sticky or juicy, and then it is a problem.
