  • Better than my Stihl. Works great, cheap price, seems to be high quality
Color: Blue
This saw is a beast. Once assembled properly (not too hard, just make sure the chain cutting edge is facing the right way or you'll be disassembling it again). It seems to work amazingly well. I have a (new) Stihl271 ms I will do a field test with and compare the two shortly...but this seems to cut better initially, and cost about 1/4 the amount. Update: I wish I'd waited to get this in the mail before I got my Stihl. The pictures I've updated are old and knotty black walnut. This "off brand" cut through very large knotty logs in at LEAST half the time it took my Stihl to get through them. Even longwise in the case of one particularly thick stump. This has about 1 more horsepower than my Stihl (so about 25% more), starts easier, cuts better, cuts faster. If I'd been smart, I'd have bought 2 of these, kept one in reserve, and pocketed the other $250 I spent on my"name brand, best there is" chainsaw. Seriously. Learn from my mistake. This thing is fantastic, I'm basing this opinion of a side by side field test with a brand new Stihl 271ms and this one, on pretty thick black walnut (hardwood) logs with lots of knots. This one is embarrassingly better and will be my go to chainsaw. I may buy another one anyway just to keep on hand, it's really that good. ... show more

  • SupMix 62cc gas chainsaw.
Color: Blue
I ordered the SupMix 62cc gas chain saw on Amazon. I was very skeptical with the purchase of this saw.I need a chainsaw with a lot of power to cut very large oak tree 36” around and two large cedar tree that were 27” around. The saw arrived quickly after making the purchase. I purchased the white/ blue 20”bar saw. The saw came in several pieces I had to put together. This was an easy. When installing the chain bar, keep the nuts a little loose .while pulling on the bar to tighten the chain.chain will be fairly tight. Tighten the nuts holding the lock bar but not enough to tighten the bar yet..you will see the chain tightening screw . This chain screw must be in the slot of the lock bar.turn the screw until the chain is tight.now tighten the nuts tight . The chain should spin on the bar.If it is too tight , loosen the nuts again slightly ..loosen the chain bar screw again to loosen the chain slightly. Now tighten all back tight The chain should spin tight but loose enough to spin the chain. Now use 50.1 can fuel for chainsaws pre mixed 97 octane. About 7 starter pulls with the choke pulled all the way out. Lock the chain with the lock safety bar. Do not force anything.push the choke in .. I use 90 weight oil for the automatic oiler for the Chain. After the cord pulls it will fire right up. Let it run for about 3 minutes. You are ready to go. If you use regular gas and oil mix ..this saw will be hard to start. Pre mixed fuels in the cans makes the saw start right up every time. I started cutting the downed trees from the high winds. This saw cut straight through all the large hard wood tree trunks, Limbs with not much effort quickly. I was in awe and shock from this saw.It blows my stihl saw away. The saw never bogged down once. Fast cut quickly through all the trees. This saw is quality, very durable saw. The engine starts with half a pull almost every time. I highly recommend this saw to anyone who wants a good saw.For $139 dollars it is a steel! I did by 3 other full chisel 20” chains. I used the original chain that came with the saw. It is very sharp still after all the cutting I did. Make sure you use the premixed cans 50.1 fuel. That makes all the difference for this saw. Clean your saw after use then remove all the fuel remaining the saws fuel tank . Until you use the saw again.Doing this will prevent the saw breaking down. This saw is a beast! This is the best saw I every had and used.I have Poulan ,Stihl, Husqvarna, These are good saw.. But they are not this saw. This saw is fantastic! ... show more

  • Excellent Chainsaw, failed 20" bar.
Color: Orange
The 20" Supmix chainsaw is an excellent chainsaw, it deserves a 5 star rating. Its easy to use, easy to start and cuts very well, as long as you have a sharp chain. The only problem I encountered was the bar sprocket failed, the star tip end, when I had a kick-back, on a large diameter log. I have purchased many a chainsaw, but this is the first bar that failed. I didn't notify Amazon until now. I have already purchased a new 20" bar through Amazon, and the chainsaw if running great. ... show more

  • Amazing!! Best saw ever!!!
Color: Blue
Used on down oak tree. This saw cut circles around stihl. Brother-in-law a nonstop woodcutter recommended saw. Easy to start, powerful . Easy set up. Cuts up wood like it’s butter, chips flying! New chain will stretch so tighten once in a while. Seven tanks of gas and still sharp. Friends impressed! Buying more see picture under Roger review. Fairly lightweight up for an old person like me. Buy one now!!!!! Update 02/2025. Still in love with this saw! No problems starting or chain issues. Looks like new yet. Cutting wood for next year most everyday, my big name saws are sitting on shelf. Still so happy with value for money .update 03/25 a better chainsaw for price can not be found. I’ve used this saw HARD for several months and it still cuts circles around big name saws I spend a fortune for. Tighten the chain, sharpen chain and most importantly clean the saw after use. A no brainer but people just don’t than complain saw is junk. Just buy it good people, clean it and let friends beg you to get them one too. Brothers saw still like new too!!’ ... show more

  • Customer service is a joke
Color: Orange
Chain saw was a beast for 2 weeks than would not start. Fuel kept coming out of muffler so I ordered carb which cost me 67.00 dollars put it on still did not start. Two gasket came with the new carb did not put them on because chain saw did not have gaskets on carb to intake was just metal to metal. I put the gaskets on that came with the new carb and it worked. Chainsaw came with no gaskets from the factory I guess that was my fault because customer service stated it work now so there. What a joke, factory makes the mistake of not putting gaskets where they belong and it was my job to figure out. The chain saw works as a beast but bad customer service unless you like working for free trying to figure out. Their lack of customer satisfaction I would rate as a 1 out of 10. ... show more
